“I find taco bell ? to be the middle ground between burgers and chicken ?, this companies consistency of rejuvenating their menu with slight and consistent choices, and coupled with a generous discount which last for a quite reasonable time frame, make for myself a no fail stop over at least one per week, but more so many new test treats have me three or more visits.“

“This is the newest location in town and quite close to my home. I waited a few months before visiting in hopes that any initial issues would have been addressed. Upon arrival, I saw the vegan crunchwrap was the big ticket item being advertised, so I ordered it instead of my usual blackbean crunchwrap. Nothing was said about the availability of what I requested. Instead, I was given a blackbean crucnhwrap supreme.Days later, I returned and asked specifically about this issue and found that the vegan crunchwrap, while advertised directly to me at the drive-thru, is not available to me, which seems like false advertising.I then ordered a coffee, among other things, and was given my total and told to pull ahead. At the window, I was told it would be a few minutes on the coffee because they needed to clean the pots. I agreed to wait, only to then be told that the pots are nowhere to be found, and there is no coffee available at this time. The cashier asked me if I wanted a refund for the coffee, and I agreed. The manager had to be called up to provide the refund, and she was rude and unprofessional throughout the experience. There was no apology, no explanation, and no farewell of any kind. Just a receipt and a window slammed in my face. So, I had to drive across the street to Dunkin. The manager needs customer service training, but I won't allow that to sway my opinion of the establishment.Vegetarian options: Excellent vegetarian options“
“It is always hard to make everyone happy, especially during the holiday shopping season. So what I try to focus on is did I get a good meal? If I wanted a steak type meal I would go to some fine dining. With that said, you can almost always get a consistent same taste at any Taco Bell. I come to Destiny center often and try many of the foods. I can say that my last Taco meal here was good and the food came out quick, which is what I want. Thanks.“
“The people working there are awesome, super nice, friendly, quick service, probably on of the best taco bells, BUT I will probably stop going. The food is always hot and mostly fresh (i've had a few stale taco sheels) Corporate greed is kiing them, I bougth a crunch wrap supreme and cut in half, seeing hardly anything inside, I unwrapped and scrapped the contents off, only 2 tablespoons of meat, beans, lettuce, tomatos and sourcream, I was like "Really?" They are selling lightly flavored dough. I like taco bell but im not going to be blindly ripped off. As wendy would say "Wheres the beef?"“
“It’s as good as a Taco Bell can be but the employees are very fast. I go here frequently for lunch and I’m in and out fast. They get my order correct consistently which is an issue I have with many Taco Bell locations. I appreciate the employees the most. Price is high but not their fault.“
