The location is unbeatable and the staff is incredibly friendly. If you enjoy night life at all, then The Marshall is for you. It is located so close to the most famous bars on campus!

Despite having to continue to call the office to reach someone, it was all worth it at the end. Esvellyn was extremely helpful, courteous and caring about last minute changes necessary for housing. She presented a lot of options and solutions that allowed for a superior end result. The location, security and amenities make this property a premier destination.Thank you.

Ah The Marshall... Where do I begin. First off I think it gets a lot of bad reviews and complaints but in comparison to previous years I believe the staff and management have gotten a lot better. I don’t think it’s worth the price but you seriously can’t beat the location. There’s a lot of pressure for lease renewal which can get frustrating- don’t fall for it.
