Would not recommend, I was picking up a DoorDash order later into the night the employee at both the speaker and window was rude, gave me the wrong order but insisted it was correct. The wait was beyond reasonable as I sat at the window for 15 minutes before she even looked at me. I understand being busy but there was only about 5 cars in line and the lobby wasn’t open so 15 minutes for food that should’ve been ready to pick up as soon as the order was placed is a bit crazy. Anyone who wants to get delivery I would say don’t blame your driver if things are messed up as they said to me it was correct when I tried to get it rectified.

Slowest Wendy’s in the world. They can’t walk and chew gum at the same time. 28 minutes to get order and the place was empty!. Unbelievable!!!

They were very busy in the drivethru, so the kitchen was a disaster area and they weren't paying attention to the dining room customers or the cleanliness of the dining room at all. There was so much food on the floor of the kitchen, which I could see from the counter. It was very gross.

This "fast food" place is slow and terrible. You go to the dive-thru and it is always SLOW. Never a long line, just slow. The staff frequently forget items on your order. The food has at times been terrible; burgers being half the bun or missing ingredients. The incident that sent me to write this review was the culmination of all the bad.Three cars in line, including us. 20 MINUTES from entering the line until receiving order. I had to politely remind the man a few times my order and he still forgot a couple of things where I had to speak up again. I get home and I taste the fries. There was a sweet after taste. I shrugged and tried another bite and then thought, "That has a chemical taste, like cleaner." I gave one to my wife as I tried one more. Confirmed. I couldn't try other things in my order for fear of whatever they did to it, intentionally or not.I do not understand how this place has been allowed to be this bad for so long. Will not be back.

I've been going to this Wendy's for years and had gotten used to long waits at the drive thru or mistakes with my orders, like specifying only certain topping and getting everything, but things have gotten terrible. Today I get to the order screen, a voice asks what they can get me, then, while I'm ordering, abruptly says "Wait a minute," and goes silent. When she came back I put in an order for a single combo meal, a double and large fries. I was shocked when she told me it was $26.00, but everything has gone up. I get to the window and have to wait while they are cooking the meat. Okay. I get my order, get home and I'm missing part of the order. I ended up paying $26.00 for a single, a double and a medium order of cold fries. It seems the more the price goes up the further the quality and service decline.

I would leave ZERO stars in I could. Just went thru the drive thru where I was greeted with "What do u want" and waiting 25mins....yep 25mins for some crummy cold food. Never again!

Manager and who looks to be possibly her daughter have nasty unprofessional attitudes. Clearly a new employee who was having a hard time with something and said she was autistic. How about teach her I stead of being ignorant. If you don't like your job than quit. To be mean to somone who's trying their best is pathetic shame on both of you. Have the day you both deserve.

Horrific experiences here every time in the past couple of years... No joke it seems like every car takes 5 to ten minutes to go through. And I went inside and saw some of the most disgusting conditions behind the counter i've ever seen in a fast food location and it seemed like not one employee knew what they were doing , and they were all high or had less than a day of experienc Now the actual taste of the food is pretty decent, but it takes you 15 minutes to a 1/2 an hour to get it. And that's if it's correct

Service was very poor. The atmosphere was...unclean. It seemed like the two staff members I dealt with had no real clue what to do. Kind but clueless. There was trash on the counter that could have easily been cleaned. EVERY dispenser was empty, napkin, ketchup, straws. Instead of refilling napkins they just put a small stack on the counter amidst the crumpled trash napkins and receipts. Instead of filling the ketchup dispenser, or even offering packets, the young employee said "oh sorry about that" and turned 90 degrees, hands on hips, and watched another employee (the manager) work. Instead of refilling the customers straw receptacle... I watched,several times, as they waited for customers to come BACK to the counter to get straws. If they couldnt step away to fill the receptacle... Maybe give straws with the cups until then. Just a thought. The dining area was dirty. Trash on the floors under tables and around the garbage cans.Staff needs better training.The manager was running in circles doing what appeared to be more than one person's job as staff members twiddled thumbs.I work in food service full-time myself.Service and cleanliness were Unacceptable.The food was bangin' thoughI ordered the loaded nacho burger and 'TORE it uP'!!!

Whoever the woman taking drive thru orders was tonight 01/19/24 at 5pm was very rude and didn't seem to even want to be working there. That's how you lose customers.
