Pizza and wings were great! Lots of value and the medium pizza is really like a large! The wings were good too. They were crispy and saucey. The only compliant was the estimated time for arrival was an hour window and with staying at a hotel it was hard to receive the order timely for planning and the food was there just after the window given. Better arrival time accuracy would have helped.
Great spot to grab a slice, will eat here again while in the area.

Franco's is consistently delicious. Enjoyed an assorted sub with super fresh ingredients, the perfect toast, and just the right amount of condiments. Also highly recommend the philly cheese steak pizza with roasted sweet peppers - amazing.

Ate inside. Boneless wings and fries were excellent. We also received excellent service and were able to try multiple sauces for free. Great place.

We were in the area today from Canada, and did a bit of shopping, and wanted to bring a pizza home with us. We read all the good reviews on this location and decided to try it. We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with extra sauce, and it was to die for!! We will probably never go anywhere else for pizza the next time we are in the U.S. The service was also excellent. Our only wish would be if they had an area to dine in!
I usually don’t write reviews but i’m at my wits end with this location. From fruit flies being on my wings, to a horrible attitude from “management”. I ordered food today and called because there was an issue. Just to be ignored and hung up on by a manager, with still no resolution to my problem. If this is how you treat customers, I will take my business to the next Francos location! I’m highly disappointed that this location is going downhill.

Placed an order 1/17/24 at 5:05 pm, told "ready to pick up in 30-40 minutes". Allowed extra 5 min., arrived at 5:50. Told it was "in the oven, be ready in a few minutes". Waited until 6 pm, asked again. Told my "order was switched" and it was just put in the oven, it will need 7 min to cook. Finally at 6:12pm my order was brought to the counter, nearly 30 minutes late! This location has problems getting it right, the order is either wrong or they don't have it ready when promised! Their overall performance is so inconsistent that I stopped going to Franco's for more than a year! Decided to try it again, nothing has changed, disappointed again! Back on boycott again.
