Pizza quality is consistent and good. Pizza components are of high quality. Staff seems busy but attentive. Wish they had a thin crust pizza also. Also wish that they would make people waiting for pizza outside. Many times I need to wait behind 3-6 people to get in and pick up my finished pizza because there is only room for 1 person to enter at a time.

The last two times I've ordered Franco's I've requested light sauce and the pizza to be well done. Both times I have received pizza that is extremely saucy, cheese is barely melted and the dough isn't completely done. It would be great if they would make my pizza to my request. Going to be taking a break from Franco's and trying a new place.
