I ordered2 breakfast sandwiches during the 2 for $6 deal. I was charged the regular price for each one. The guy said he didnt hit the 2 for $6 deal button before putting in my order. Makes absolutely no sense as you think it would automatically. And why is your screw up my problem and you refuse to fix it because its to late. Dont go to this one.

Coffee taste bad, never the same. Every time different.Plus morning shift, very rude. Lack customer service skills. Especially the guy that worked 1/25/24 morning around 8 30 am at drive thru. Need better training. Messed up the order and instead of apologizing, blamed me. But yet when he confirmed the order on intercom he got it right. Just didn't deliver the correct order. But showed attitude with his response and didn't apologize at all for the mistake. Just simply blamed me saying I didn't order it right.

This is the worst Tim's I have ever been to. I thought Meadow Drive was bad, but they are the clear winner of the worst service award by far. I live right down the street and most times I can't get out of the house due to working from home and also having two small children. When ordering for delivery, I have no choice but to go to this location because the app doesn't let you pick where you can go. Every single time that I have ordered delivery, it has been messed up in some way. Missing items, clear instructions missed, constant problems. They do not care AT ALL about customer satisfaction at this location. When you try to get anything rectified, all they do is give you points. No refunds, just points ?

These people got no clue how to make a coffee. A three cream to the white girl in the back is apparently a cup full of creamer with a dash of coffee. Tim hortons off Sheridan is where it's at for coffee yall. NOT here lol
unique employees, The woman whom helped us with our order was very attentive, eye contact, repeated order as to be sure it was correct. She was quick & it was honestly one of the best coffees I've had in a while!

Worker was very rude. Yelled through the speaker twice asking what we wanted. When we pulled up to the window she ignored us for 5 minutes. When we went to pay we didn’t see that 50s were not allowed and she tapped her hand on the window and said “nah” and handed the 50 back rudely. I will never come back to this location again.

Ordered a drink from a different Tim Hortons, and it was disgusting!! So I kindly asked if they can remake it for me because it was untouched and she RUDELY said no. So I asked to speak with the manager because I've done it before with no problem, And the manager literally said "did you get this from here " I said no from a different location but I'm already right here and then she literally yelled "THEN GOTO a DIFFERENT store " like what? I asked for her name and a cooperation number and wouldn't give it to me. I've called and asked for her name and the cooperation number and she said " why because I wouldn't remake your drink"!!! And then hung up the phone. I've called multiple times after and they would pick up and hang up. Smh
