First time we tried it, slice life wasn't working so they let us place the order via phone for the same price!! Amazing customer service was my first time ordering I will order again!
They're going to be one of your only options if you're ordering in the middle of the night like I frequently do. That means that it can take a long time sometimes. But there are two main things that keep me coming back even when I order earlier in the night and other places are still open:1) One time they had delivered my order through contactless delivery thanks to the pandemic. The food was good the only thing is that my order was missing 2 dinner roles mashed potatoes and cheese on my fries(I received plain fries). It showed up 30 minutes earlier than predicted for what is worth.
