Lucas Confectionery, quite simply, is our favorite local wine bar. Period. As soon as you walk through the doors, you melt into the cozy, warm lighting and decor of bygones times. Nice atmosphere and great location and they have outside dining but they offer very little food choices, things like cheese plates etc. And it's expensive. Plus when I hear " confectionary" I think of baked deserts, and there aren't any!
