I tried the new Chicken Bacon ranch sandwich and it was not good. I am not sure if it is this store or the sandwich just does not taste good. Rubbery chicken. They didn't have the correct bread. The cashier was fine. Of course the prices have gone through the roof. 27 for a salad and a sandwich. It was not busy at around 5 pm on a Thursday.

No hand sanitizing station. How in 2024 a leading restaurant chain doesn't have a hand cleaning station is beyond me. Obviously they have the funds so why not? Maybe really don't care much about their customers health even though proclaiming to be serving healthy meals.

Forgot the egg on my egg based breakfast sandwich. It was a pick up so I didn't notice until I had left. Always check your orders before you leave, 8 times out of 10 they will be wrong somehow.

Paid ahead and also tipped and I’ve had missing food EVERYTIME And the last time I drove all the way back to get what I was missing and I asked for a little extra to make up for it and some woman manager gave me nothing but a rude attitude, when they could’ve just said a polite no. I worked at Panera a while ago I know what it’s like and there’s just no reason for the nasty attitude.

I wish I can give them 0 stars, My husband placed an order on the app, went to go pick it up they had no bread, no bagels and no cookies. What they do all day that they can't make these things, there just very lazy. Never gonna order from this Panera Bread again, order from another Panera Bread where the workers know what there doing.

I placed an order for dinner to pick up for my family and a lot of items were out of stuck. When I got to the restaurant I've been told that only bread they have is the black pepper foccacia. As I was waiting another employee said that they are out of bread. I had to cancel my entire order. Not sure why Panera Bread would not have any bread?! They are out of stock with a lot of items. Bread, cookies, bagels and some ingredients for salad.

My 1st time at this location across from HVCC and my last.The toasted chicken sandwich was sparse for ingredients and not cut in 1/2. I noticed that when I got to the table. The tomato soup was "meh" (nothing that Campbell's couldn't have made) and the baguette was so dry even the soup couldn't make it edible.The booth was uncomfortable because of the cracked plastic seat and the a.c. was too high for a damp and rainy day.I had no interest in any dessert after the disappointing lunch.I would think that being that close to the college and so many businesses that the food would have been better.The staff wasn't very friendly, but I will say that the restroom was clean.
