Ordered a 1/2 sheet carrot cake for a baby shower.....and everyone loved it. It was deliciois!! Many said it was the best they ever had. Would definitely go back there again.

Ate a giant MOUND of 50 count 'The Cookie Factory' butter cookies (with a dollop of chocolate frosting on top) over Christmas! They were soft and very addictive - especially with guests and if eaten with tea or coffee. These cookies are a great bang for your buck for parties. They are light but fatty - and yes, 'genetically engineered'. Still get your money 's worth. Review: 4

Door dashed some last night, first time ever trying the product, and it won’t be the last time. The baked goods were fantastic and can’t wait to try more

Last I knew these guys had no gluten free and no sugar free options. These guys are for the true addicts...but as soon as they meet some alt requirements...they can shew a few more people into their shop.

Place is filthy and never order cannoli cake it is highway robbery, I been in the place once workers were all outside smoking cigarettes and walked in and went right back to work no washing hands or anything, the cookies are always dry at the store as well! Never will compete to Bella N.

I was excited to try this place since I had heard about it. Sadly, it was a big disappointment. I got a variety of cookies to try. Chocolate chip, m&m, chocolate chip sandwich, and a special turtle decorated one. The taste of the cookies was off and tasted like old oil and fake butter. The m&m ones had the same nasty flavor, and the candies had a powdery looking finish on them. Fillings and frosting were grainy. For the price, it is not worth what you get. It smelled amazing and the staff told me it was the cheese cake company next door.

They used to be decent, but sadly, not anymore. A $40 small birthday cake we recently purchased was less than good. The cake - flavorless. The frosting - like chewing on granulated sugar. We've actually stopped purchasing their specialty cookie because the price is very high with no guarantee that they're actually fresh. Please do better Cookie Factory. You seem to have wavered on your quality.

Use to be a top notch bakery. Everything use to be fresh. Came in last week and the store didn't have much inventory. Bought a loaf of blueberry bread. Clearly had been frozen at some point. Cut into it and it crumbled like sand. I had heard they weren't as good as before. I'll have to try someplace new.

Our hometown beloved factory went downhill faster than you can say Obamacare. It's really sad. They no longer offer their robust breadth of options, like breads, and donuts, and fig cookies. What happened here, alberinos? I truly am dumbfounded. The cookies have never tasted so bad. I stopped in yesterday for a cookie and what I got was an old, gray, greasy Eminem thing that I gagged over while eating. It's a disgrace - how can you mess up cookies? After all these years? Yeah no. Just bake cookies your self and skip out on the awful experience this place now produces. Stale donuts, minimal options, different recipes, the decor inside is bad, the prices are RIDICULOUS, the list goes on. If you're selling, just sell already.

2nd Year in a row they didn’t have my order correct Sad part is it doesn’t get much easier A package of soda bread rolls and loaf soda bread This is day before St Patrick’s at 9:30a They didn’t even hv a bread to give me. Asked for a bag for rolls they wanted to charge me a dollar Dolce Biscotti no problem. 9:35a day before. Got free sample and 5 loafs soda bread. People in Dolce were saying Cookie Factory is usually days old

Terrible customer service. Rude, impatient and unpleasant. They take the phone off the hook and you can’t get through to place a order. The latest is you can’t call up and have something set aside for pickup later in the day?! I’ve been doing it for years and suddenly they are saying no we won’t do it. I am done with this company you can only tolerate so much rudeness and lack of decent customer service. The product is very good but I won’t put up with this poor customer service so I can have a decent loaf of bread! I’ll just go down to Ninos in Albany their bread is just as good and they are super nice!

Food allergies? Beware! Items are not properly labeled and staff are not well-informed. I bought a hermit cookie for my nut-allergic husband, I inquired and was told by the counter clerk it didn't contain nuts. Spoiler alert: it did. After a miserable evening I called them and asked to speak with a manager, hoping to correct a simple error to increase safety. Accidents happen and maybe this was a one-off instead of a recurring issue. No one was available to speak with me and my call was never returned. Short version: if you have a common allergy, skip it, because they'll give you bad info and not care enough to correct the problem.
