What a great addition to Troy! Mofongo is my absolute favorite, so having a spot that makes authentic Mofongo and other Puerto Rican delights in the Capital Region is truly amazing. If you're not familiar with Mofongo, it's made of fried green plantains mashed with pork skin or chicharrones and garlic. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a good, flavorful, and diverse menu served up by kind, respectful, and friendly people. Let’s face it, Brunswick isn’t known for having a diverse menu, but this place ticks all the boxes for yummy, healthy food.
