“The place is sparse for its size but it was clean and pleasant, with an artificial fireplace and a TV playing Greek music. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The lamb and beef gyro was generous with meat. Very tasty. I was surprised by the size of the side of fries. Will be going back again for sure. They also had ice cream but I was way too full.“
“Good gyros, small place, they make it on the spot. Lots of meat for a good price, but they need to order the bigger pitas. The pitas they have currently are small and make it hard to hold. Overall though, great spot and great taste. Highly recommend.“
“We had a lovely lunch date! It had been 25-plus years since we had been to Symeon's. Symeon's was my 1st of many serving and restaurant positions over the years. It was a wonderful learning experience at 18-19 years old. It was just as I remembered! Of course, I had to order all my favorite eats. The calamari and the fried eggplant never disappoint. The antipasto for two is big enough for 3 to 4 people to enjoy plenty of its wonderful Greek ingredients. I ordered the Thracian chicken dinner (so I could bring half of it home) with double of the yummy rice pilaf side, and my husband ordered the fish pita sandwich with some of the best onion rings. The atmosphere of traditional Greek art and artifacts make for a quaint dining experience. Clean, well lit, and organized. The service was impeccable! I believe one of our servers was named Ruth. Both of our servers, as one relieved the other (very professionally), were informative and willing to offer suggestions and were patient as we took our time making our decisions. We will not wait that long to revisit this establishment again. Thank you for a lovely dining experience!“
“My wife and I both had the Gyro Plate. This has lamb meat, seasoned rice, Greek salad with olives, tomato, onion, pita bread and then they give you Greek salad dressing and yogurt sauce. It was very good. I had Pepsi Zero and my wife had Mountain Dew. The waitress was pleasant.“
