Surprised and happy to find several unique vegetarian options at this yemeni restaurant. Apart from usual falafel, we also tried mushakal both of which were good. The tandoori bread that came with mushakal was topped with black sesame and fresh! Mushakal was good but could use a little bit more flavor. The falafel sandwich was good but adding some pickled veggies would make it tastier. My son found his sandwich too mild so an option to add some spice or flavor would be good. They gave free salad which was good. We couldn’t eat the free soup since it was non-vegetarian. They were busy so service was slow and music was struck on one line of a rap song which was annoying!!Vegetarian options: Falafel, mushakal and other choices.

Food was top notch. The falafel was the best we have ever had. Food was super hot and fresh. Prices were more than fair considering quantities and quality. Server was good without being intrusive. Will be going back next time we are in the area.

Delicious food, friendly personnel. Young man who took the order and cleaning the tables was doing his job above and beyond! Definitely will eat there again.

We discovered Marib while doing a college visit at a nearby unversity. Since my son started attending that school we have made this a regular spot every time we visit the area. The food is delicious. We had never had Yemeni food prior to visiting Marib. Our favorites are the chicken aqda and the chicken ghallaba. They recently upgraded the interior so that is even nicer than when we first started going. The portions are plentiful. Recently it was my son’s birthday and he went to Marib with a big group of friends to celebrate. I called the restaurant in advance to see if they would surprise him with a piece of cake. Apparently, that was the first time someone requested that in the restaurant. The owner and his team went above and beyond and got him a full cake with his name on it, brought out a balloon and played the birthday song over the speakers. It was such a kind gesture, we are so appreciative.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is incredible, fine dining at casual dining prices. You have to check it out! From traditional Yemen food to American fare, they have it all, and they do it right.

Visited this restaurant after a recommendation from a friend. And I was not disappointed at all. The atmosphere was great, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant and facilities are very clean (they even have a bidet in the bathroom!).We traveled for almost an hour to get here and it was well worth it. We went for all traditional Yemeni meals, and didn't opt for their Mediterranean choices (though I heard they're also good). The whole family enjoyed the meal, as they were delicious and portions were generous. The Lamb haneeth was their star meal. However, we also loved the maraq (broth/soup) meat qilabah, the fahsah, and the fasoolia (beans) which we ordered dry-cooked according to our liking. Their rashoosh bread was also extremely delicious and freshly baked and the fatah (desert) was as a charm. Prices were also reasonable compared to the offering. I'm glad I came here, and already looking forward to visiting again. Would recommend this to anyone trying to look for a good Yemeni restaurant.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids-friendly menu (sandwiches, fries, and nuggets) for those who want it.
