I’m not going to give an establishment a bad review based on a single employee…. However, I give the location, inside and out a 5 out of 5. I’m glad we stopped, it was a nice little destination on Varick st. Cozy, Irish pub feel…. How ever we were there around 3 ish when the “locals” were there… we are from out of town and when we walked in the bartender gave us the “hurry up, what do you want vibe” so she could quickly get back to talking to one of the regulars...read full review
Came here looking for food after driving up for my first concert at Saranac Brewery. It was a Sunday so the kitchen wasn't open but Candy was so sweet and told me about the pizza place across the street. She was attentive as a bartender and builds rapport with her customers. I'll be coming back before every concert that I attend in Utica (:

We ate there this evening. Had the pork shank & a bottle of Malbec. The meal was excellent. The service was fairly fast, dinner was very pleasant. Just darn good. The wine was excellent. The service was very good. If I lived here I’d be back frequently. Kudos to Jamie & his staff! For a small town, you couldn’t do better!
