Very unprofessional. Abe Fuchs speaks in a disgusting way over the phone. We skipped over a beautiful wedding venue, Crest Hollow Country Club, because of their kitchen contract with New Star caterers. They do not offer tastings for wedding reception food, when we asked and expressed our surprise (gasped), Abe responded with "if you don't like the way I do things, go somewhere else". Absolutely disgusting people. They are rude and not accommodating in any regard. They have no incentive to be less rude or more accommodating as you don't know they're the caterers until you sign with the venue and they have exclusive partnerships. When my bride was suggesting wedding cakes, Abe Fuches simply said "Maybe we do not need a wedding cake?". Who does that? Who threatens a bride with having no wedding cake for her wedding. Not a nice company at all.. they don't know how to treat customers respectfully , we tried to find any good reviews about this company but nothing..be aware!!they are the only kosher caterers in Crest hollow.. we canceled our event over there!! We wouldn't trust them even to make a cup of coffee for us..
