“Finally, some place that really does know how to make a veggie sub. When I first opened up the container I thought they accidentally gave me a Philly sandwich. Normally when I asked for a veggie sub someplace, I get like three pieces of lettuce one and a half slice of tomato and a sprinkling of onion. Usually nothing much but bread. Nobody knows how to make them. But you guys do... it was outstanding. Very nice service“
“Not usually one to review but I found it extremely helpful when I was searching for a hotel. Coming from the US, I expect a certain standard and this checked all the boxes. Safety; security was on point no loitering, etc and key card gave you access to only your floor. I got a standard room with a balcony and wonderful view. I picky about bathrooms. It was on point. Hot water, water pressure, decor. Price point way better value than the higher priced options. I'm not much of a breakfast person but there were more than enough options (I'm not vegetarian).“
“This restaurant experience was one of the best I've ever had from the food, the place, the decor and the people! ? We had a great time and the cleanliness was outstanding! Thank you for such a beautiful memory!!! ?✨? #PricelessVegetarian options: There's tons to choose from, from salads and greens to all the vegetables ??Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options for whichever diet you are doing!Kid-friendliness: Very nice atmosphere for you and your family❤️Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of space for any people needing to eat! ❤️?✨?“
“Went around 1pm and sat in the bar. Seemed like a lot of business people even until after we left at 2.. kudos for capturing late lunch business! The staff was super friendly, perfect amount of attention. The prices seemed a bit high for the sandwiches so we decided to split and it was absolutely perfect. So with that, well worth the price per plate. The music was perfect for the crowd. 70s classics i think. The bathrooms need attention to the floor but was still very clean. I would definitely return! Oh also, it sounded like the crew was having fun in the back which made my heart happy.“
“I am in town every couple of years and always try to stop at Champps because it has always been great food and wonderful service. Last week when I was in, the food was just as good as I remember, and the server was above and beyond amazing! She was so friendly, and even though she was very busy, she made the time for everyone she was serving! I will definitely be back the next time I am in town!!!“
“Shari/sherry was one of the best servers we have ever experienced. She was kind, courteous and made us feel like a million dollars. I would come back to this Chili's over any others in the area just because of Shari. She was amazing and she deserves recognition for how awesome she was.“
“We ordered potato skins as an appetizer. There was a lot of potato, not enough bacon, and they weren't crisp. It was strange too, the potatoes were hot, but the cheese wasn't melted. It wasn't what I was expecting. Not bad, but not great. The wings I had were good, and the wait staff was very good.“
“Simply Crepes in Canandaigua was outstanding! I ordered shrimp and grits and asked for the shrimp to be substituted for chicken, which was welcomed by the chef. The service was amazing and the chicken was divine! If you're in the area or not, this is a must try restaurant!“
“In town for a short visit and went here for breakfast. The exterior is dated but don't let that dissuade you! This place is excellent ! The hash browns with onions, raisin bread AND raisin bread French toast were particularly excellent. The bread is all homemade and so rare to find now at a restaurant - it is so amazing. Service is fast and friendly! Wide variety of breakfast and lunch options and some specials. Definitely worthy of the 4.6 rating. Atmosphere is local and decor is casual and aged but who cares if it's delicious, friendly, neighborly and a good value?!“
“We went here for lunch while in the area. Food was pretty good, we tried the turkey sandwich and the bistro steak sandwich. service was great, place can be a bit crowded though as the seating was all in a small room next to the bar. Would give a 4.5 if I could.. Will likely go back to try more of their menu options.“
“We visited the restaurant with our daughter and 4 friends for Easter Brunch. The location, food and service were terrific. Service was great (always had someone at the table before our water or lattes were done), the food was worth its cost (portions were large and we all had leftovers for later in the day). Will definitely be back next time visiting our daughter in Rochester.“
“Vegetarian options: They have vegetables and salads. Lots of bread and potatoes.Dietary restrictions: You can ask for cheese and dairy to be withheld, amongst other things... They are very accommodating!Parking: Huge lot in Country Club plaza, Has a Wegmans and still has tons of empty spots.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. There is a ramp at the curb and door is wide.“
“Absolutely incredible. The restaurant was very busy when we went but it didn’t affect our service or food. The food was delicious and very cheap. Our server Leena was absolutely fantastic. She was very helpful and funny. She also was very attentive even though the restaurant was slammed. Our food took maybe 10 minutes at the most for it to be cooked. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant and I will for sure be back.“
“This was our first time here. The staff were quick to seat us and very friendly. The food was great! Best clam chowder I have ever had. We like finding small mom and pop places to eat. This is one we will definitely come back. Also the price was really good.“
“If you're looking for Great food and Excellent Service in the Rochester N.Y. Area. Be sure to check out McArtle's, a family owned restaurant in the Fairborn area. They make excellent cocktails and we enjoyed a delicious dinner of Prime Rib and Beef tenderloins with bay scallops. The service is great and John the owner, personally delivered our food and did a follow up to make sure everything was first rate. They have a robot server named "Rosie" that assists the servers by bringing your food to the table for your server to serve you. This works great as it allows the server to spend more time serving the customers and avoids those large trays that clutter up the aisle ways in some restaurants. It's also a great conversation piece and it shows off the food as it passes your table. Everything looks great. The prime rib was cooked perfectly and the beef tenderloin was so tender you didn't need a knife. The Chicken French was also very good. The Haddock was perfectly cooked and they went the extra mile to handle our special carrots request. Our party of seven were very pleased. The also have excellent menu items for the Vegan members of the family The tall wooden booths give you the" Irish Tavern "feel while allowing you to be able to carry on a conversation at your table. The portions are generous and fairly priced. We didn't try dessert as we were comfortably full. But the desserts that went by looked yummy. Service was great, they make you feel welcome And want you to come back. (You can join their loyalty program for additional savings.) The restaurant is very accessible allowing seniors to get in easily.“
“Love everything about it. Except that it is kind of difficult to find the price of goods in the refrigerator section ? ?. No price tag on the goods or on side or below the goods. So it's difficult to shop, when you don't know how much your paying for??? I only found out that the English claim chowder soup was $10.49 after purchase and have to ask for the receipts ? ? ?. I got to say that all food is delicious but on higher end prices.“
“We frequent wallys for burgers. Tonight we decided on wings. My man in the kitchen (who apparently also works at the green front) went above and beyond. He got us drinks and checked us out when the bartender was tending to other patrons. It was a very good experience for wanting to have drinks and get food but also get out quickly. Super pleased.“
“I love the Cheshire Creamery. The ice cream and baked goods are absolutely delicious. I love the atmosphere and the staff are great. Great place to relax and enjoy your friends and chat. I highly recommend them as a great place to go in Canandaigua. Thanks Marsha“
“Donnelly's is a classic Irish pub - friendly but low key, you can sit at the bar and chat or snag a table in the corner for privacy. The beer selection is excellent with a good rotation, and the food is also very good. This is my go-to place in Fairport!“
“The staff were friendly and helpful. I ate before I left, but the food others were getting looked and smelled delicious. They let my cousins put on a birthday bash for my cousin who passed away and all word his shirts to support him. Will return.“
“Good for some smaller portions for the same price some more though, but overall the service is good the staff is nice and I would like to see that the veterans still receive their discounts as they had in the past because they spend their money there“
“Delivery was early. Nice! I had the "Philly Plate". The meat sauce was amazing! Not only did it lend heat, but it had a savory-ness that was perfect! The portions were excellent. The Mrs informed me her Cuban sandwich was satisfying.“
“We wife and I decided to check out KIX on Main after searching for restaurants in the area. We decided on visiting after being impressed with the menu. I made reservations online, which was really easy. I liked that someone texted me to confirm we were still coming. Though we booked a table at the window, it was crowded and the man who greeted us offered to move us to the rooftop. We liked this a lot. The server was friendly and quick. My wife had Xan's Chicken French and I had KIX some balls. Both were delicious. We had wine from a local vineyard. Great that locals are sourced. All in all, we enjoyed the whole experience and will happily revisit when back in the area.“
“Their plates and burgers are fantastic. And perhaps the best fries in the city. Be careful using the delivery services, sometimes it doesn't take. So give them a call, walk in because they're very friendly and helpful and you'll get a fantastic meal.“
“A wonderful staff. Friendly, clean, and food was excellent. Big portions..Kid-friendliness: During our visit, there were a couple of children dining with family, and the waitress was so good with them, making suggestions, even offering whipped cream for their chocolate milk or hot chocolate. They definitely made their day..Wheelchair accessibility: The entire place is handicap accessible.“
“I stopped by this place with family while we were walking on the canal. It's a very short detour from the Canal towpath, and has outdoor seating, which is great in the summer. Tons of options, and very fair pricing. I got a sandwich, my wife got a salad, and my son got the chicken fingers. Each item was delicious. We will definitely be back.“
“Service is always fabulous with waitress staff being attentive to breakfast needs. Food was sooo good, pancakes fluffy, home fries and eggs awesome . The sourdough bread is out of this world with the homemade strawberry jam.Dietary restrictions: Rays listens to customers needs to changing any item on the menu to address diet needs.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly always“
“I came in for dinner with some coworkers and truly loved my experience. We came in right at the end of Happy Hour and our server rushed to get our first wine orders in so we could make the special. I ordered the Ceasar salad with shrimp and it was quite possibly the best Ceasar I've ever had! It was incredible and filled with plump, perfectly cooked shrimp! I also ordered a side of fries because, girl dinner lol, and they were just what I wanted! Everyone else in my party enjoyed their meal equally. The restaurant was busy but we had quick, friendly service throughout our meal. It was a fun place to grab a meal and drinks after a long day of work!“
“Traveled from Southwest Pa to vacation with friends from Wyoming County and Fish Lake Erie. Two Veterans, 1 Marine and 1 Army and their wives. Saw the posts online about this Legion and gave the Fish Fry a try. It was the right choice. Gets an excellent rating from us on food and service. Very nice enviroment as well.“
“All you can eat, allergy accommodating dining hall that puts it's students first. The staff is really welcoming and always says hello. You can get everything including pasta, the wok station, salad, fruit, soup, burgers and fries, sandwiches, desserts, ice cream, fresh bagels and English muffins, and whatever the hot entree's of the day are. Lackmann is always trying to find new and exciting things for students and loves getting feedback. Overall, a fantastic dining hall on campus!“
“Thank you guys for existing. I was told "tom wahl's" is a staple of Rochester and I was not let down. As a Canadian from Toronto area who visited multiple times, I can safely report that this place is unbelievable with amazing burgers/fries and don't even get me started on the root beer float (also amazing). You guys do it very, very well and I cannot wait to come back to Rochester area!“
“During my recent stay at the Hilton Hotel, I had the pleasure of experiencing the bartending services at their stunning garden bar. The ambiance of the tranquil setting was enhanced by the remarkable skills of their bartender, Jeff. Moreover, their ability to engage with guests, and making you feel welcomed. He walked me through his years of experience with the hotel and it was quite comforting.“
“Very beautiful inside and out. Went for a birthday celebration, and it was fabulous. This was the wonderful flight of margaritas that I had. And they were fabulous. Food, service, and atmosphere are all worth noting. It can get pretty loud during Peak times, but that's kind of what is going out and having a good time is about. I do recommend... oh yeah, and if you like fried pickles, these are some of the best I have had.“
