“A very surprising hidden gem, nestled in the historic Paddock Arcade. The atomosphere is reminiscent of a cozy 1920s speakeasy with plenty of seating. Excellent cocktails and absurdly good happy hour deals on drinks and food, including unquestionably the best wings I have had in the area. Staff is extremely friendly and hospitable, one of my easiest recommendations for dining in the area.”

“We went for a day trip to Watertown from Kingston Ontario. My wife suggest we try this Jamaican restaurant. I have to say, this is the best Jamaican food I’ve had so far. We couldn’t decide what to order so we ordered a few options. We had their J*** chicken, curry chicken, stew chicken and stew ox tail. Everything tasted fantastic. It was so juicy and full of flavour. We even had their j*** chicken patties while we waited for our food, wow it was good. And the owner was so friendly. Would recommend this restaurant 100%.”

“If you want authentic boba drinks, this is the place to go! I'm a big boba drinker since 7 years old! Being born and raised in Cali, I had my fair share of boba drinks. Moving to fort drum due to military life and for some odd reason I decided to stay, there were really no good boba drinks. Ju Ju and the boba store in Syracuse mall were my go-tos for quite a while, but O-OH is absolutely the best! They meet my tasting standards I had from the west side! Also they are the most caring and sweetest people! O-OH customer service is always excellent and they really value their customers! They greet everyone with a friendly smile on their face! Even when I come in upset or angry, they always change my mood and I go back to being happy! The store is literally a happy atmosphere!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have been to multiple coffee places since recently moving here and have been disappointed until coming across Chrissy Beanz Bakery. I got their delicious (monthly special) Strawberry Crunch Latte and it was everything I've been searching for!! the coffee was delicious and strong and the flavor was so good without being overly sweet and perfectly creamy. My wife got a cookies and cream hot latte and she enjoyed every last drop!! Not only do they have the best coffee we have found here in NNY but their espresso coffee cake cups are everything you need! This is my new favorite place! I'm already craving more and it's the same day 😆 It was EXTREMELY busy but our drinks came out fast and every single worker had a smile on their face and were more than welcoming and polite! Good customer service is hard to find nowadays and everyone was absolutely amazing there. The customer service alone is a huge reason we will definitely be back! You all are amazing!! see you soon!!”

“Food was fantastic, service was extremely slow. Not sure why, 5 tables that were seated after us ate and left long before us. Avoid the booths , most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in at a restaurant.”

“Had a wonderful evening here with the family. The calamari was divine; super crispy on the outside and nice and tender on the inside with great flavor. The addition of the peppers with the calamari was on point. The burger looked delicious and the beef dip was great as well. The corn beef and cabbage was lacking. The corn beef had great flavor - but over half of my beef was just fat, which was a little disappointing. I also got the butt end of the cabbage and it definitely needed some salt along with the potatoes. The broth was delicious. We got the carrot cake, gingerbread cheesecake, and egg nog cheesecake. They were all very well made and tasted great. My favorites were the egg nog cheesecake and the carrot cake. Overall a really great experience.

When I tell you this restaurant is really authentic, the plate set up was extremely pretty and when i tell you i only waited maybe 10-15 minutes to be served. 10/10 for sure. Returning is a must and I'd be a fool not to”

He went to the bathroom multiple times vomiting his brains out. So my first experience at this place I had to hear puking sounds while I was eating it was very disturbing.”

“I was a little disappointed with last night's visit (2/3/24), which is truly a first. We arrived shortly after 5:00 pm. When my wife ordered the steak sandwich she was informed that they were out of that, so she changed her order to the Reuben. I then ordered the roast pork. Five minutes later our server returned and informed me that they were out of the roast pork as well. A restaurant shouldn't be out of 2 menu items at 5:15 pm - that's a problem. That said, the food we received was delicious and our server was excellent. I've never had a bad meal or poor service here and probably never will - I will definitely be back and I can still recommend the Crystal without reservation.”

I worked at this chickflia when it just opened and I couldn’t say more about how amazing the work environment and staff are. I remember one time I wasn’t having the best day and still decided to come into work crying might I add Cathrine and merit the owners took it upon themselves to talk to me and understand my issues and even give me Ice cream on top of all of that. Anyways I love this store and the people who run this! Not even a bad thought comes to mind. I would work here again and miss it terribly!”

“I still have great memories of this place! We were on a US/Canada roadtrip with my friends in the fall of 2018 and Watertown was our first stop after leaving New York city. The barkeep was from Hawaii (?) and we learned that all IPA's are trash and usually no one walks in that bar by accident. We ended up chatting with everyone at the bar and sang Country Roads at least once with everyone else. I still think of that night as one of the best on our 30-day trip and a great example of American hospitality!”

It smelled so fresh and clean walking in....things going on... prep n such... greeted me promptly and politely, but, professional as well. Thank you for the great service. Some of the other asian restaurants, the quality has gone down .With Super Wok, they have stayed the same.
