“Parkside is a great NW of Rochester breakfast stop!I frequent this little joint with friends and family for its' amazing hollandaise sauce and constantly HOT breakfast plates! The food is fresh, simple, and done right! If they could offer an upgrade to their coffee bar (for example, an espresso machine) I think it would only increase their already booming business.I'm grateful for their fair pricing and quick turn arounds--because of these things and more; Parkside is always packed!I gave them 4 stars out of 5 because I think the place needs a deep clean and a little updating.This in no way detracts from the locals or my own overall satisfaction with Parkside! I happen to know from personal restaurant experience that it seems they could do better with profit turn around, and it would be worth the investment of continuing to update their diner. People love it here so why not expand, or renovate?What can I say, Parkside Diner is a ringer!“

“I thoroughly enjoyed the haddock in cornmeal grits with cheese and eggs over hard at this restaurant. The seasoning on the fish was absolutely perfect! Not only was the food delicious, but it was also prepared quickly and remained warm when I picked it up. I highly recommend trying this restaurant!“

“They don't make their own corned beef hash or sausage gravy. The lentil soup was delicious. We ordered paninis which was a creative yet not quite accurate way to say a grilled sandwich. The chicken with feta, tomato and spinach was good. The chicken was moist, feta plentiful and the veg appeared to be fresh. The monte cristo was not a monte cristo in my view. “This was one of the greatest eating experiences we have had. Our 2 kids, were being kids in this establishment that was quiet by most patrons, a woman came and gave our kids quarters for the machines out in the foyer. Food was phenomenal. I would give 100 stars if I could“

“Breakfast food around noon on a beautiful Sunday. Waited about 20min for table then sat outside. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. This was my first time there, although I knew my kids already enjoyed the food, and WOW, they are correct. We shared the banana oatmeal, strawberry pancakes, and egg/home fries platter. I recommend all the above. We already have plans to go back for the oatmeal again! Coffee was also good and i don't even like coffee. If you know the area you know parking is a beast; street only.“

“I got the special, which had the potential of being.... fabulous! It was a wrap, with ham, Bacon, Lettuce and tomato, which clicked all the boxes of what I wanted, but there was no sauce whatsoever, not even mayonnaise. So if you order a wrap here, make sure it includes a sauce, or at least mayonnaise. I asked for some ranch which I used on the half I ate there, and was charged for it. I took the other half home, added some mayonnaise, and the wrap was fantastic. Go here, and if you get a wrap, ask for mayonnaise, or something. Great diner, and so much better than most!“
