“Awesome Lebanese food in the heart of West Hempstead. The restaurant is clean and cozy, the atmosphere is relaxing. We ordered kafta, spinach pies, safihas, marinated steak and chicken, and baba ganoush. They were fresh and delicious. This place is a real gem!!”

the vanilla dream iced latte with vanilla cold foam… just wow. 10/10, my new favorite iced coffee. they even use coffee ice which makes it so much better (i hate watered down coffee)

also the tropicoco bliss bowl is insane. the coconut base is so creamy and refreshing.
the staff is so friendly and helpful, and i loved being able to customize everything since it’s all made fresh to order

“Tonight we popped into Caffe Barocco for some delicious tapas. Pumpkin tortellini. Rigatoni & sweet sausage. Crumbled sweet sausage & brocoli rabe. Everything was delicious...but the pumpkin tortellini was ridiculous! Great service too! 😍😍😍”

“Came to New York from Florida and was on the hunt for an authentic deli for the famous BECSPK and came across brothers deli.
Upon walking in, the young man at the register was dealing with a customer fighting over 5 cents trying to scam the store. I watched it all unfold. The worker kept his cool, stayed firm on his response and professional.
Even after the customer left he didn’t complain about the interaction! I like that!
We joked and talked about visiting home ( NY) after being away for many years and the nostalgic candies we saw waiting.
Needless to say, we came back almost daily for their breakfast. Absolutely perfect, they accommodated our allergy request and was greeted with a smile and nice conversation each time. There is something special about knowing your value in a store and they definitely made us feel welcome, for a little corner deli, They are making a nice footprint in the community!
We would love to comeback and say hi during our next visit!

“One thing I miss about living in Long Island are the Tex-Mex restaurants. Yes, they're not of the highest quality, and usually they're in a cheap location, and the horrible customer service is always a given, but I do enjoy the food every once in a while.

After searching for a Tex-Mex restaurant, I stumbled across Taco King. This location is actually pretty big with plenty of sitting space. My usual go-to dish at a Tex-Mex place is the Grilled Steak rice platter, so I decided to stick with what I like. I thought the steak here was excellent. It came with one flour tortilla, rice, beans, salad, guac, and chili. The quality and proportion was better than what I expected.

However, it was crazy expensive. I know I sound old, but I remember that only a few years ago, the same dish was about $8 or $9. Now it's over $17! I would gladly eat here more often if the price was cheaper.”

“Best take out Chinese food in West Hempstead. Better than any I've tried in Franklin Sq and Garden City South as well. Friendly service and they usually have my order ready in 15-20 minutes. They also know I have kids and always throw in extra fortune cookies.”

“Came here tonight with a friend. Giovanni was fabulous. He gave us a few recommendations which was perfect for us as we had never been here before. We shared delicious jalea and had a drink which was more than enough food for us to share.
