I came across a picture of these dumplings in spicy sesame sauce and just felt compelled to try them. So at the heart of it, it is a traditional dumpling, the shrimp inside is chopped up into tiny pieces, dough nice and chewy. The problems I found though were that the dumpling itself didn't taste all too special without the sauce, the inside was pretty dry and lacking flavor. Also the sauce was sweeter than it was spicy? Great Chinese place to order out. I love their chicken lomein, boneless spare ribs, pork fried rice, general tso, beef and broccoli, chicken and broccoli, and their fired pork dumpling. All the people that work are nice and polite. Only downside, can't eat there at the place.

Love Four Seasons! Ordered Christmas Day, love the steamed dumplings but they were cold, the spare ribs couldn’t eat, to chewy not falling off the bone redid them the next day, I just figured they were pretty busy. Still will order from here!! Christmas dinner just a bit disappointing.
