Was very disappointed in the customer service. I ordered 3 orders of dumplings with hot chili oil and received dumplings in hot sesame sauce which is made with peanuts. Asked them to replace the incorrect order and was told by the owner no. She said there was nothing she can do. Asked several time for a refund at a replacement and she consistently said no. She made an error and was not willing to rectify it.

Love Four Seasons! Ordered Christmas Day, love the steamed dumplings but they were cold, the spare ribs couldn’t eat, to chewy not falling off the bone redid them the next day, I just figured they were pretty busy. Still will order from here!! Christmas dinner just a bit disappointing.

I came across a picture of these dumplings in spicy sesame sauce and just felt compelled to try them. So at the heart of it, it is a traditional dumpling, the shrimp inside is chopped up into tiny pieces, dough nice and chewy. The problems I found though were that the dumpling itself didn't taste all too special without the sauce, the inside was pretty dry and lacking flavor. Also the sauce was sweeter than it was spicy? And it's a peanut sauce more than anything? Don't get me wrong it's a good sauce but it's not how I'd imagine it would taste in this dish and it ended up carrying. Well, the spice never kicked in as I finished half my dumplings and left the rest for later. Though the chili pepper next to this menu item was just for show, all together it tasted good. I personally wouldn't go there just for these again, but I would get them with a meal if I happen to be ordering from here.

Specified only duck sauce…requested extra duck sauce. Picked up meal receipt shows my request… got home…. Not one single packet of duck sauce. No compensation… will not be going there anymore. I knew the order would get messed up! Bad customer service. Boo boo
Chicken and broccoli dishes were just okay but eatable. The sweet and sour (so-called) shrimp dish was beyond awful; watery red sauce and fried dough strips that were disguised as shrimp. When I called to tell them, the owner said she can't help me because "other people order it and they like it". That doesn't change the fact that my meal was awful and went in the garbage. To say she was rude would be an understatement. There are way too many other, more hospitable Chinese restaurants with delicious food, where I can take my business. Four Season food quality and customer relations have declined greatly. Stay away.

Called at 8pm on Wednesday placed my order. They said said it'd be 20-25 minutes. At 9m I called and she said be patient (rude but no problem) 9:30 I call and it rings and rings x2 no answer. If not far, so I drove there. It's closed. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER SHOWED UP. The website says the close at 10pm.

I working Around this area and step by to orders lunch forI and my guys, First thing the food are so expensive and the second one the food was horrible!!!shrimp are in bad condition was smell bad, the chicken look red in the meat and the wins are really bad!!we bring back the food to the person in charged but she was nasty, and keep the money and doest solve nothingnever buy from this place again!!
