This is one of the dirtiest carvel chains I’ve seen. Broken down machines, dirty floors and counters were a disaster. The staff was very inattentive and seemed to be more amused with their visiting friends than take care of customers. Milkshake for my wife was basically just milk.

I've been coming here for years, I even come from Muttontown. The cakes are beautifully decorated and always fresh. They even have specials on flying saucers, but 2 get 1 free. The staff is always helpful and polite. People complain that they are expensive, so are other carvels and the ice cream is better here

Extremely disrespectful staff. The workers were super unprofessional & rude to me. When I would ask for stuff she would keep ignoring me. The two female employees had extreme attitude at me & my friends and kept rolling there eyes at me. If you cant handle your customers and don’t like working here then please don’t. Ruining peoples days for no reason when all I’m trying to do is get a treat. No one is spending money for bad attitude. Will not be getting my ice cream here & will be going ACROSS THE STREET to ralphs.

Carvel is another shop that doesn't change that much for location to location. The factors that make these different are their size and team members.We have been coming to this shop here for a few years now They always have a good team here that greets you with a smile, ready to let you sample any flavor and eager to serve.There is a small spot if you dine in. Clearly this place is for take out... In the Summer many people just stand around the parking lot eat their ice cream and speak with their friends and family,If you're local to the Westbury area and get an urge for Carvel, i definitely recommend that you check out this location. For the record... I do not understand the one star reviews. This is a carvel where you get the ice cream you order. I do not understand the issues that people are bringing up here.KUDOs to the tam at Carvel.

Such an unpleasant local establishment! Never greeted with a warm, hello or appreciative. Thank you for giving them business. To top it off, the way draws on your cake like a four-year-old.

Ice cream is good but workers do not fill the cups the whole way. Paid for a medium and my order was filled only about 2/3 of the way. Also the owners/managers do not appear friendly.

I worked there and the owners were pretty nasty to me. I’m a teen and this was my first job. Kicked off the job with a three day training where I essentially worked for free. After constantly being scolded and compared to a coworker I threw the towel in. I honestly don’t recommend funding this trash bin.
