Carvel is another shop that doesn't change that much for location to location. This CARVEL has the best Ice cream on Long Island for Carvels. They don’t put milk or water in the franchise mix like a lot of others do. Actually every other one in this neighborhood messes with the mix ratio. Go try them and tell me I’m wrong. The girls are great also.

I've been coming here for years, I even come from Muttontown. The cakes are beautifully decorated and always fresh. They even have specials on flying saucers, but 2 get 1 free. The staff is always helpful and polite. People complain that they are expensive, so are other carvels and the ice cream is better here
