Just learned they’re closing. There’s always a language barrier here and the one woman who speaks English is extremely rude. Hopefully they’ll re-open again in the area with pleasant staff. I frequent the area often for work and it never fails that there’s an issue with customers arguing with the staff, mainly this woman. Should the owners see this, just know you lost substantial business because of this woman and her attitude

The cream cheese frosting that they use at this specific location tastes really awful and the bun itself was hard and had to eat so many other things including gum to get the taste out. Go to cross county instead, not this dump of a mall right now. It used to be better years ago when the cream cheese was fresh and Macy’s and Sears were still there and it was busy everyday. Now it’s just dead and depressing

After peak of covid and while other retailers are closing in this dated mall in White Plains, the cinnabon is still serving customers and kudos to them for just doing that. I've been avoiding sweets for awhile now but when my daughter was craving for rolled ice cream I thought that store is still here but it was kinda sad that they too fell victim the effect of covid to US economy. On our way back to the parking lot we saw cinnabon and we give it a try and noticed that look like they too went thru changes on how they serve and maybe the size of their food items as well. We also grab some ice cream and we call it a day. For quick snack I still recommended cinnabon and I believe we should support retailers like them. Every little help counts.

Love this place. The customer service is top rate, the buns are fresh and delish. I get mine with no icing, so I call it in, and they always oblige. They have carvel ice cream too, which you can have on your bun if you'd like, and pay for. Highly recommended place

Placed an order online. The estimated delivery kept getting adjusted and I was told repeatedly it was coming. An hour and a half later they said it was being sent now. They closed.... I never got my order. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.
Conveniently located in the Galleria Mall. The spot is clean and well kept. Service was quick and the dessert was amazing as usual. I love the fact that they are always warm and gooey and fresh. I would definitely go back to this Cinnamon.

Ordered for a large party and Nina was extremely accommodating and pleasant. I would recommend this Cinnabon to anyone just based on her service alone - whether it was a quantity change or date change, she was always very kind and only wished to give us the best experience possible. When I arrived to pick up her personality was bright and bubbly, our cinnabons were warmed, and she even assisted me with bringing them out to my car. We could not be happier with what we received and I personally cannot get over how sweet Nina was, nor could I thank her enough.

A well maintained and clean location with incredibly lovely staff. I just love the smell that waifs through the store. Cinnabon now offers three different size bons. They have added Churos and flavored coffee drinks to their menu.
