They were a bit understaffed tonight, likely the Cowboys beat down hangover.... Regardless, service and food could have been better. The boom boom shrimp was a bit expensive (for just 4-5 shrimp and cost was high) and the Cesar salad with salmon (special request, thank you) had a bit too much salad dressing. It was OK for a hotel bar, but not much more than that.
We enjoyed several breakfasts here and drinks. All the coffee you can consume. Great service and staffJosh was our server. He worked thanksgiving, and 2 day shifts . Always friendly and cordial. An asset to the hotel.

My Bills season ticket group has used Blue Fire BBQ to cater some of our away watch games the past few seasons. The food is always delicious and immaculately prepared, with options for everybody.
