Worst location I've ever been at!!! Staff is miserable, unfriendly! Orders are chronicly wrong. My break is only 15 minutes, I shouldn't have to spend it waiting for them to pour a cup of black coffee! It's not rocket science!
Very often the donuts you get there are still. Do anything with complaintsYou can throw a cookie against the wall and hurt somebody. I ordered from my phone because I was a patient inside the hospital I couldn't even order a regular pumpkin spice iced coffee do the app so I ordered a regular so I order regular iced coffee and then called the Tim Hortons to tell them exactly how I wanted my coffee I had to go to three people before anybody was able to understand me after all the fuss in struggle my coffee still was made wrong poor customer service
