“This was my first time coming here as a suggestion from a friend. but at that time was googling for some desi chai happened to be the same restaurant that my friend suggested once. Very comfortable environment.

When i was searching for halal food and some chai in the area didn't even know there was a Desi Pakistani restaurant. Cooco's Den .Ordered an Aloo paratha with chai eventhough it was almost the lunch time was really hungry. the owner was very nice...still made me a delicious home made paratha along with a karak chai it was amazing! ? Thank you!! Definitely will be coming back ?”

“We absolutely love this place, the have all the options without caffeine. I have 2 little kids and most of the other bubble tea places only have very limited options without caffeine. They have a nice area to sit, with some Boba plush toys that the kids love. They have a lot of options for different flavors. The service is very nice and the staff are very kid friendly.
All in all a very nice and friendly experience.”

“Went for open mic night, so it got more crowded as the evening went on. The waitress assigned to our table took a long time to bring us a dessert menu, and after we asked another server, he told us they only had one option for dessert - couldn't our waitress have told us that, instead of telling us that she would get a dessert menu - that didn't even exist!? Then there was an even longer span of time getting our check to us. Perhaps these servers are tasked with more than they can handle, but when people dine out, there is an expectation of good, courteous, prompt service. I do not blame the wait staff, as they are just young people trying to earn some extra cash. The fault is with leadership being short sighted with the insufficient staff numbers, especially on a busy night. Come out - talk to the patrons, explain the wait, offer a discount if needed... Anything to prevent a negative review! Food was great - no issues there, but the taste did not erase the feeling about the poor service. I would come back, but please do better.”

“Nice atmosphere. All the games are on. Food is VERY good and safety precautions are taken. Plastic partitions between every bar stool and the tables are spaced far apart. Been there several times now and always felt safe and went home having enjoyed myself and my meal.”

“First timer....Got the Brooklyn chop cheese with loaded fries. Online order gave options for sauces and I added a note to have them put on the side so I could try some but didn't receive any. Overall very tasty and bread was fresh and soft. Wasn't busy and food was ready on time.

“Chen's is now our New favorite Chinese Takeout Restaurant. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food portions are good. Nice ratio of main ingredient to fillers. Proper amount of spice in my Kung Po Chicken, plenty of Wontons in the Wonton soup. We were very happy with our ordes.Update 1/1/2024New Year's eve take-out from Chen's Kitchen. We have been enjoying our meals from Chen's since we first tried them 3 yrs ago. Our New Year's Eve order was no different.Moo goo gai pan; Perfect as always.House special Mai fun: just as my wife likes it. I like to drizzle some spice oil to give it some heat.Boneless spare ribs: goodEgg roll: hot and crispy ( I like the house mustard on my egg roll)Wonton soup: plenty of Wontons. “Our neighborhood go-to even if we are a few neighborhoods away. Staff are amazing, food is terrific and prices are very reasonable. Burgers never disappoint and I think their Chicken Parm is the best in the area (including recipes from Italian restaurants)”

“They had a nice Happy Hour and the Bartender was nice and helpful. Small friendly bar. I was disappointed I had to download an app to preview the menu so I had to go in. The Happy Hour was reasonable and the empanadas and Tacos were delicious.

Parking: I think it's free street parking. May have to park on a side street.”
