Food was terrible. Pizza was cold and chicken wings received had the wrong topping. Called in to have the correct chicken wings sent and was greeted with a very rude person who argued what I got was correct. Customer service is just as bad as the food.

Terrible service. Ordered twice now delivery. They used to be good about a year ago and now it’s terrible. Customer service is awful.TLDR: Don’t order delivery from here. This place will just make your life more difficult. Always at least an hour late. Order from somewhere else.I got a call from the driver the first time after he was already late telling me he was gonna mark my order as delivered on the tracker through the app and call me when it actually arrives. Another 20 minutes go by so I call the store who finally get the driver to call me. Driver tells me he’s gonna be another 15 minutes. I start questioning him why he marked my order as delivered if he was so late. He said it was company policy and then proceeded to swear at me the more I questioned him and called him out on it.Personally I think they have some sort of rating system for their deliveries and he didn’t wanna be late.Second time I ordered, my food was in the prep stage for 50 minutes until my order just disappeared on the tracker. A few minutes I check again and it’s back there and they’re just prepping it again. I call the store and the guy on the phone keeps stuttering and tells me the system went down. Told me it was a large scale shutdown that affected all surrounding stores. I call the next closest store not even 2 miles away. They tell me there was no system error and that this domino’s store would always run late on orders anyways.I’ve worked both in retail and food myself on high traffic occasions and I don’t understand how it’s that hard for you to do something you’re paid to do. The in store location never gets busy.Making multiple reports and calls to the franchise to either get this place shutdown or under new management. Current staff and owner don’t value customer service at all and make everything extremely difficult.

Do not order from this franchise. Terrible customer service.Tonight the driver arrived and called my cell phone, requesting that I come downstairs to the lobby to get the pizza from him. He was still in his car outside. This despite my selection of a contactless delivery on the dominos website.I informed him that the order instructions on the dominos website indicated "buzz up, and leave at the door". He stated that Dominos has a 'company policy' not to do this in case "the driver gets a ticket". He argued for about 5 minutes and I pointed out he could have delivered the pizza by that time since I saw where he was parked. He did so and said he 'violated company policy'.I called the franchise and his boss (presumably the owner) lied outright, saying it is Dominos policy not to deliver to apartment doors. I asked if it was company policy or his - this franchise - and he equivocated at first and then simply said "ok my friend ok" and hung up the phone.Clearly, this franchisee needs to learn a lesson in Domino's customer service. I will be reaching out to Domino's to explain what happened, as this franchisee is abusing the franchise when he claims that his drivers "cannot deliver to apartment doors".
