I go to this Dunkin Donuts often because their customer service is beyond that what I have seen in other places. The employee named Shanu is especially great at what she does and I have seen other customers complimenting her often and coming back on her shifts in the evening because she serves the best tasting food. I am a frequent visitor of this Dunkin and I have not once had a negative experience. The lady who works during the afternoon and evening in the hijab makes the best drinks that never fall short of being fresh and tasty and maintains a clean atmosphere in the store. She is kind and respectful, and ensures that everyone’s order is served in a timely manner.
