“This restaurant is very vibey and there were plants everywhere which was really nice. I ordered the stir fried noodles with chicken and the jhasha katsa. Both of which were very tasty. The staff was very friendly. It can be a bit pricey but all in all it was pretty good experience and I'd definitely recommend it.Parking: It can be somewhat difficult to find parking around here so make sure you plan ahead to give yourself enough time.”
“Best pupusas in New York City. Everything they serve is home made and following authentic recipes from El Salvador. The pickled cabbage that comes with the pupusas is so delicious. The couple that owns this restaurant also prepare Mexican food and drinks. Tamarind and horchata drinks make me remember with warmth the food of my childhood in Santa Ana. I highly recommend Ricas Pupusas to anyone that wants to enjoy traditional food from El Salvador.”
“Me and my girlfriend always enjoy getting takeout here. It is tucked away in a quieter part of Woodside and they serve high quality Nepalese food. We especially like the Thali's which consists of different kinds of food on a platter (think Banchan but larger portions). They consist of: protein (typically in a curry), lentils, vegetable curry, rice, raw red onion/lemon/slightly bitter green vegetable/chili pepper. The combination of all of these ingredients make the dish so appetizing as there are different textures and tastes.”
“Came here before my flight and they packed the avocado toast super compact so it was easy to bring with me and withstood getting tossed around. Macarons were 3.25 each but decently sized and I tried the honey lavender and it was super yummy! The avocado toast is a thick bread and thick layer of avocado. The flavor is great and I loved the lettuce on top definitely made it better! Service was slow , but the server was extremely friendly and nice. Would come back again if im ever in queens!”
“A marvelous restaurant. Great atmosphere - obviously very popular with the locals. Great menu, can be adjusted to suit the diners. Huge portions - come hungry! Staff very friendly. Helpful in describing certain dishes etc. Alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks are available. (the lemonade is out of this world!)Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access. Staff helpful in organizing a table.”
“Old Cookuu's Nest Irish Pub had given up from its traditional look and service . Still it is a common place to grab drinks or bites nearby Woodside train station. Jimmy has welcoming gesture all guests and keeps good take care of you at the bar. Weekend nights woth live DJ and Sunday brunch is well booked in Woodside . Great location of the train station ? and open late nights as well.”
“I love this place. I usually order from them on doordash but I felt like taking a walk today. I was able to order and be out the door in less than 10 minutes. They were friendly and the sushi is fresh and delicious as always.”
“My family has ordered from here for as long as I could remember - our favorite Chinese food in Queens. We always got fried rice with shrimp and rotisserie chicken. I personally don't like chicken with broccoli but my family always ordered it and said it was one of the best around. Tastes even better when we sit in but who sits in when they get Chinese food right?”
“Had a great dinner out here. Service was great and food was delicious. However, i felt the meat portions were on the smaller side for the price. I also don't love that the cooking experience wasn't as hands on as I'm used to at other Korean BBQ spots.”
“We came later at night and had delicious guacamole, tacos de pescado y de pollo, y quesadilla al pastor. The karaoke was fun to listen to, and the service was very friendly! Muchas gracias!”
“It is a sports pub. No food, cash only and rugged. But I was a single woman that wanted to read my book, be on my phone and watch the hockey game. Not only did Kathy and Caesar allow me to do so, they were kind, conversational and lovely. It is what it advertises and I can't wait to Go back again. Apparently there is good pizza next door that they let you bring in, but the drinks are reasonable and the patrons are delightful. Cannot recommend highly enough if you want something laid back to watch the game.”
“We have been 4-5 times as a family of 4. We love their food. I was recently at ippudo in midtown, and I can tell you the food is better, cheaper and more quantity at 3 bowls ramen! We are so happy we discovered that place in queens! We will definitely be back soon!!”
“Great products... Being originally from Astoria, was born and raised on Cassinelli Pasta... Been searching for something close and this is it...close if not better.... Enjoy”
“I love the tamales! I don’t think I could live in this neighborhood without her tamales anymore.Wheelchair accessibility: The 7 train elevator is in front of her set up”
“Pretty good Thai spot. CASH ONLY! Looks like a small spot from outside but they have a good amount of seating inside. Service was pretty quick and recommended items based on our time crunch since the menu has lot to offer. Food came out pretty quick too and everything tasted great. Im not sure if it happened to be the dishes that we ordered (softshall crab, red curry, broccoli & pork belly, and duck) but alot had a heavy flavor of the fish sauce.”
