I order from this Coffee shop daily but after today, they definitely lost a loyal customer. Being an employee at a car dealership for over three years, I have learned that customer service is EVERYTHING. One of my co-workers ordered her food 30 minutes before mine and to our surprise, my food was delivered first. Customer service is HORRIBLE! A coworker of mine ordered food for us and the food was over an hour LATE. When the delivery dog arrived he was very rude. I checked the order and noticed it was incorrect and asked for my money back. The delivery dog was upset because he got lost and couldn't find our location and after finding us an hour later it turns out he had the wrong order, therefore there was no tip. Genuine scammers. Came in with an open mind despite the bad reviews, they upcharged me on something I ordered. Was supposed to be 6.95, they increased the price to 10 bucks flat on me without warning. Food wasn’t even good either, do NOT go here!
