I had a disappointing experience today. I ordered a cake for a my son’s birthday, but when I picked it up, it looked nothing like what I had requested. Not only did the design not match, but the cake was also falling apart. When I asked for a refund, the staff was unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with the service and quality! This place is a joke. I’m so disappointed that I have to present this LOB SIDED CAKE AT MY SONS PARTY! Do not recommend

I placed an order two weeks in advanced and I had last minute changes, Carolina’s was able to make the changes with no problem. My Sheet Tres Leches cake was phenomenal, always going to Carolinas if I want authentic and rich Tres Leches Cake! Thank you! (candles were not provided)

Love the quality of the baked goods made by Carolina. Have been going to her bakery for many years, and the dominican style cake and frosting (suspiro) is delicious. Have yet to find another bakery in Yonkers or nearby that can compare to the flavor of the dominican cakes and fillings. Also, my family loves to get the individual desserts of flan and cheesecake. At times, I have had an order delayed, but I completely understand as she is a small business/bakery owner that personally completes most orders. Also showing my appreciation for completing my order, which I placed with short notice and she accommodated me due to the impending snow storm. *side note* prices have increased, which is necessary due to inflation but still worth it. Also, picture of cake that looks misshapen was due to my mistake when opening.
Today I received my Domincan Heart Shape birthday cake..dulce de leche filling and it was so delicious and fresh. Truly recommend this place. There Flan is also delicious and the tres leche cake and i had previously.
It is the best cake I have ever eaten in this country, very Dominican like me, the sigh is the delicious ending, the soft dough is very good and the owner is very attentive, very nice. I love how she attended to me. She answers the phone herself. God bless her hands and keep it up. always the best cake, I'm a client, it's been two times since it makes me

So yummy, we forgot to take a pic before we ate it. Order this Dominican cake on the same day and Carolina’s bakery delivered. This cake has guava filling and it’s my absolute favorite. This cake is made fresh and didn’t last the night. I would recommend this bakery to all!

Placed and order for a cake that is supposedly premade, they canceled my order & gave no explanation why, when i called to ask why the lady stated she spoke no English & hung up, then i attempted to place another order and the purposely didn't confirm it then i called 2-3 more times to see if they had the cake so i could just go pick it up and purchase in person and there was no answer.

Pros: I ordered a guava Dominican cake and it was delicious. Nice and moist cake and everything tasted fresh.Con: the cake wasn’t done on time and the lady in the store didn’t speak any English so it was hard to communicate what I was in there for when I went in to pickup my cake at the time it was supposed to be ready at.Despite the mishap the owner Carolina was very nice and I appreciated her calling me in advance to inform me the cake would not be ready in time. I would order cake again from here.

The coffee and tea available has both the perfect taste and highest quality. All the desserts here are made with love, natural ingredients, and passion.
