The whole team there are rude and disrespectful the woman used a racist surl said to me you people I only asked if she needed to scan a barcode she was just rude out of nowhere. This isn't the first time. Something really needs to be done with there services. I will never go in there ever

Went today for my coffee and specifically asked for my coffee - very simple yet they found a way to mess it up furthermore, when I politely asked them to remake it (I was going to pay for it) the employees began to speak about me in a rude manner. The woman making my coffee said “no more coffee for you”. Avoid if possible and get your coffee elsewhere.

i usually get my orders from here since i live near but i never liked the behavior the staff gave. the pickup didn't work and it happened twice. i asked for a refund because i was running late and it still wasn't done. denied, the manager even told me that this happened before and blaming me for it..when the app had the proper location, time and date. i even showed her this and she didn't seem to care. i didn't even get the drink i wanted, so the money went to waste. at times they even screw up my orders. the staff obviously knows what they are doing because after that, i heard little comments made after i made a displeased face and walked away with my friends since we needed to leave. if you're going to work at a job, don't complain or bad talk when things go wrong on YOUR behalf. there are some staffs that do seem kind, but i will not work here myself if i had to.

Far too diverse. They’re on negative speed. They need twice the people working at 7am. No better in the afternoon. I ordered a bagel with butter and cannot figure out what happened to the butter, because it isn’t on the bagel.If you’re going to make the mistake of ordering here, do it on the app ahead of time. Rare to get competent service at a dunkin in this part of Westchester.
