There at least 3 people that shouldn’t work here they can’t make drinks the right way ever and the light skin Spanish guy has an attitude like he hates life I seen him working for 8 years here and still can’t make a drink taste good and get mad when you tell him anything is wrong with your Order. When I now he is in there I won’t order to ovoid the headache. Everyone else is great!!

Staff is terrible at this location, Starting with The Oompa Loompa at the register. Not listening, missing items and rushing through is a norm here. This is why Starbucks will always win. This Franchise location is a bad look for Dunkin.

The very heavy set Mexican guy that be there in the morning is the most rude, miserable person I’ve ever had the displeasure of encountering. He curses at customers under his breath and orders other employees to mess up your order. He told the other dark skinned glasses Mexican guy to squish my sandwiches. I called corporate and nothing has been resolved. A Indian man called me saying he was the regional manager and left a voicemail when I call him back I can’t reach him. I have yet to have this resolved. I will be taking my daily business to Starbucks.

The ugliest donuts. Obviously this location does not care about quality. I brought these for a family gathering, but they look awful and taste old. Never again!

This is one of the most non efficient Dunkin I have ever been in. Hardly speaks English. You have to keep repeating your order. One young man at the counter has his arm in a cast. While I do admire him for trying to keep his job. He can barley make the tea. It has to be the slowest store ever. No manners what so ever. Place is not clean by any means. It takes sooooooo long to even be served. I have noticed people walking out. Someone is loosing MAJOR profit. I shall not be a return customer. Going to a regular deli from now on. Top management needs to do a re shuffle of staffVegetarian options: None to excite the pallet

This place has the WORST service I have ever seen.I only order through mobile takeout.Today I waited 30 MINUTES for one item.I notified the employee who smiled and said ok.She then proceeded to help everyone who came after me, everyone who ordered on the mobile app after me, AND THEN gave the same item I ordered to two people who came in stood in line and ordered AFTER me.It was so disgusting.Then they tell you you can’t get a refund if you order via the app so I went through the app & all they told me was my case has been noted.Starbucks does not give you this much trouble. I rather pay a little more for better service.
