This is a location within Cross County Mall and you expect better from them, since this is in a mall that welcomes hundreds of people every day.If I have to grade location I will give a C . They have a good presentation were the sweet is but everything else looks dirty. The windows which are the things you see. The tables, seats, bathroom, ….The food is not cheap but you getting a low quality service. The food tastes good. In a very busy morning they only had two employees and the manager.

Disgusting ? I ordered an green goddess salad from this location and I found eggs (larva) I made this order on a Thursday and was sick the entire weekend never again (if you eat please double check your food ) still awaiting a response from the company about this disgusting ?

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility can be very tight. I have been to many Panera Bread locations. Often it’s possible to find at least one spot near the front but often they’re also taken or there is very little space around the wheelchair so it becomes an inconvenience for the other patrons. Some places have outdoor seating that works well enough, but I have also been to locations with outdoor seating areas that have steps to get to them, or where the chairs and tables are too close together.

Sat down and ordered brunch for myself, my SO, and my toddler.Not only did they miss a few of my items and had the nerve to be upset when I kept having to get up and remind them, but when we looked to the side of our booth (sitting right in front of where they prepare the food) there were roaches.Never again.

Panera has the best soups. The bistro French onion, tomato, and cheddar broccoli are my favorites. This particular panera in bay plaza happens to have the best service. They are always friendly, welcoming, and kind.
Panera bread food is always good however, the wait time was about 30 minutes to receive my order here at this location. Only two people working the kitchen on a busy day. Lost my appetite waiting for the food to come out. My friend ordered a sandwich and they only have him half of it and told him to come back for the other half later.

It’s Panera, but this one stood out to me because I herd the manager tell someone make your food and go on break because they can handle that and that’s the type of managing I don’t often see chicken soup not one of my favorites but the bistro French onion soup!?!???

I drove all the way from the bx to this place just because I was craving the cinnamon bagel with egg and cheese and it was delicious. I went from breakfast and staff is nice and fast. I didn’t like that much the atmosphere since it didn’t look like a calm place to have breakfast, in my opinion. It looks more like good to go food. Thank you anyways.
