This is a bar which is independently owned with owners and staff that put their best efforts into food, hospitality, beverages and entertainment. Perhaps look at yourself and your outlook on life. This is a bar serving bar food, which is prepared well. This is not fine dinning with a world renowned chef. Easy to sit behind a keyboard and bash someone's business over and over. Put up or shut up!!!“

“A nice family style restaurant with a good menu. Probably more on the pub fare but they do have some dinner entrees. A little variety for everyone. A good local spot also convenient for travelers and others. Easy access off of I-275 of less than a 1/2 mile from the exit. We've always had friendly service here. The food has always been good.“

“This place is genius. Your dogs can run and play with other dogs and you can have a beer and a smash burger. Lee owns the place and he's amazing. He has one rule. Your dogs must be vaccinated and you have to bring a copy of the vaccine record. This is great idea so all the dogs can be safe I will be back to try the food I can't wait“

“Amber A was a terrific server. We had bloody Marys which were well made. She made certain that we had plenty to drink and our meals were as ordered. The hot slaw was very savory and the peanut slaw had a great taste and crunch. The cod logs were cooked well and flaky. Very nice meal. For a Friday dinner time, it was busy and there was a very small wait for a table.“

“Best fish sandwich you'll ever have and I'm just not saying that lightly. Plus they often have live local or regional talent playing in the back room especially on the weekends. The rest of the menu looks divine but, man, how do you not get that fish. Flaky, light breading, melts in your mouth. I'm getting hungry thinking about it now. Plus his whiskey collection is top notch. The owner, Bill, is usually on site as well. You can tell he cares about his product and service. Love this place! I'd give it 6 stars if that was possible.“

“I went to listen to a great concert & didn't order food. This was my first visit, but it certainly won't be my last! Employees & guests were all so friendly! A staff member greeted me, and he went the extra mile to help me feel welcome! Thank you ?“

“Great place to catch a show. The kind of place where there is no barricade and the stage is at knee height. Sound was great. Had to park on the street which is cool with me. Can't stand all the places where you have no choice but to pay 10 to 20 dollars to park for a few hours.“

“We usually get carryout, but the dining area is great as well. I'm only giving it 4/5 stars because they changed the menu recently and my favorites are gone. (The green bean fries were fantastic and we liked the buffalo mac and cheese, but sadly both are gone.) But everything else we've tried has been good and the service is always nice. I do wish the portions were a little smaller, because one dinner is usually enough for two meals for me.Parking: There's plenty of parking behind the restaurant.“

“This is a fun bar to go to on a Friday night. They play football games. There is no food menu but they do offer for you to get food next door at the Mexican restaurant and bring it in. Drinks were reasonable at $8 for an old fashioned. They offer a nice selection of bourbon.“

“I went to Westside Venue for my high school reunion. It was a great. The location and parking were great, the music fun and there was plenty of room for socializing and dancing. Perfect for a small wedding reception, bridal shower etc. The owner took great care of us!“

“We came with a group of senior citizens from a nursing home and there is no wheelchair accessible bathroom here. I had to take a patient to the restroom and had to get help because there was literally no room . Group of twenty and only one server. Lord..“

“Bar tender was a sweet and responsive lady. Karaoke KJ was not only an amazing singer but also had one of the best sound setups. Good crowd of people having fun. Pool tables in the back.The KJ would also do backup and/or sing male duet parts. One of the nicest KJs I’ve met and I do karaoke all of the US. Only issue was the KJ wouldn’t take my tip! A++ Highly recommend.“

“Always have a great time at this place! Have options for you to throw darts or play some golden tee. Live music on the weekends too! The bartenders are great at what they do and it shows! Always so nice and friendly to us when we are there. Don't forget about their food too! It will take you by surprise on how good their menu is. 2 of my favorites are the pizza's and steak hoagie! “The location is very cool in downtown history Burlington. In interior is well done and very cozy. It’s a smaller bar but they’ve done a great job with the space. Staff is friendly and make very good cocktails. Bourbon selection is extensive but prices seem a bit high. Definitely worth a stop.Parking: There is a little bit of street parking but a large free lot behind some buildings“

“This is a west side staple, very basic yet solid bar restaurant and grill that is not overly pretentious, yet is quiet with great food and insanely good prices. We will absolutely be back. The parking lot is small and constantly packed which is just a sign that they are successful for a reason. We really enjoyed the fish And chips special and had great service. The place is clean even if it’s not fancy, come here for cheap good food and cheap drinks! They even have dessert. Above average bar food at stellar prices“

“This is my spot ! But that new bartender gotta go , she a shorter dark skin lady w short hair . Doesn’t know I’m a regular and be up in there constantly and know everyone that work there and own the bar ‼️ ? “I cant even lie it's cheap, it's a hole in the wall, and it's in a place alot of people would turn their nose up at. It's one of my favorite bars in the city because it's a place where (ALL) people can comee have a drink and have fun.“

“Despite having arguably the best bartender in the area, that being the beautiful, Miss Sarah, the atmosphere has changed a little over the years in a way that doesnt favor me personally.. That being said , it is much more friendly than ever! Damn fast service despite weekends being packed with customers. I still go occasionally... “This is by far the best bar in the area. Open late. Always great service and a fun crowd. They have Golden Tee, 2 pool tables, lotto, darts, and a couple other games. If you're looking for a place to go where everyone knows your name, go here. Best bar of all time!“
