The owners make this bar what it is. Al and Wendy are super nice, and his whiskey collection is second to none. You always feel at home here.

Sort of a dive bar (which I like). The bartenders (owners) were very friendly, as were the customers I interacted with.I had the Chicken Dumpling soup, probably the best I ever had. It was packed with dumplings and they were delicious.I don't live in Cincy, but will go back to Shamrock whenever I'm in town.

It's what you would expect by looking at it. Dive bar, with some character. I did not eat the food, so I cannot speak to it personally. I can say that others were eating and seemed to be enjoying what they had. The service was great didn't wait for anything and bartender knew what he had.If you like dive bars, this is what it is. Personally, I had a good time throwing darts and having a beer.

Me and my husband were looking for a new place to have lunch in our area and decided to check out the Shamrock. Immediately met Wendy the owner who was very friendly and her service was spectacular! We tried her homemade chicken and dumplings which were just like I make at Thanksgiving with turkey I thought it was amazing. And also tried the hot Italian sandwich which was also delicious! We got to watch a little sports TV when we played our favorite game of pool! I will definitely be going back there. Can't wait to try your homemade chili Wendy! I used to win the chili cook-offs in Georgia LOL
