Third time I’ve tried under this new staff. 2 people in front me had screwed up orders and mine was also wrong. No English speaking workers, and for the third time, no English literate workers it seems.Ever since the staff completely changed, it has been a mess.Done with it.

Went in at 10 when they open and they told me they weren't open I asked what time will they open I was ignored 3 different times and was finally told 1030 they would be open. The people were highly rude I would recommend avoiding this place

I want to preface this review by by making clear that this concerns the new store in North Canton. Unfortunately, my experience with the food at that location has colored my opinion of the chain as a whole. I went on a Friday night, I was on my own for dinner and didn't want to cook, so I decided to try out the new Charley's. I so wanted to like it, especially since my one meal cost me almost $16. I got the smallest size philly cheese steak, a side of fries with cheese, and a lemonade. $16. The meat in the cheesesteak was so overcooked that I had to take the sandwich apart to eat it because I couldn't bite through the meat. Despite the pictures on the menu showing fresh bread, luscious meat, piled high with veggies and cheese, I got about 6 overdone slices of meat, about 3 green peppers and 2 or 3 mushrooms, and not even enough cheese to be tasted. It could have been left it off entirely, and it would have made absolutely no difference. The bread was not fresh, the fries were soggy, and the lemonade, although definitely the best thing thing of the meal, was really too sweet. I was expecting something really great, especially for $16, and I got a less than average sandwich, soggy French fries and Lemonade that I couldn't even finish because it was so overly sweet. Just really disappointing. Really disappointing. I probably won't go back.

One of the employees that works register aggressively handed me my drink and it did not have its lid on it, and the drink spilled all over me and my work clothes and she looked at me and said, “Oh, you spilled it.” And I asked her for napkins and told her, “No, you didn’t put the lid on correctly.” And she rolled her eyes at me and walked away and laughed at me with her coworkers that work the assembly line which was a tall man. She didn’t apologize or anything as I am dripping wet in a drink she couldn’t even hand to me correctly nor put a lid on correctly. She had an attitude to begin with therefore I didn’t tip her when I ordered which may have been why she threw my drink at me. I usually have no issues with the staff at the mall as I worked in the mall myself, but I was appalled at the behavior. She should seriously rethink her position if she is unhappy at her job. She has long braids.
The food here is delicious and also very quickly made. But the employees all seem to have attitudes and will either catch attitudes with you or yell at you.

i visited on Fri. 8pm the lady in charge became angry after I told her my sandwiches were incorrect took the food & threw it in the garbage in front of my 9 yr old without explaintion . Never asked what the problem was.I feel her actions were unprofessional.You do not treat paying customers that
