They have a guy, hanging around by the drive thru speakers and then when you pull up to pay, he goes up to the edge of the building in front of you- in case you missed giving him money to that point- and when it was mentioned to a worker, she says, "oh, yeah, he's always around. He's harmless" ... Except that I see enough of that on the streets all over Akron and really don't want to see it while I'm trying to get a quick bite to eat at McDonald's.Food was as to be expected.....read full review
My boyfriend and I hardly eat McDonald's but we had a craving today. I just want to give a big thumbs up to whoever is working today. His big Mac almost looked like a commercial and he said it was the best he's had in a long time. My mcChicken was hot and fresh, it definitely satisfied my craving! The person at the window was even very friendly. Thank you guys for the great service ?

Okay but tell me why the staff is actually SO NICE. like everyone that works there is sweet and it seems like they all get along. I legit love it. I went to get my dad some food and asked for extra pickles for me and miss girl hooked me up! The manager is AWESOME. Fast food gets a bad rap for the employees usually but this specific location hired gems! I guess what they say is true, employees make or break establishments. Pictured is my diet coke no ice and pickles!
