Clean, but if you go into dine, expect long waits, as one person was handling the inside counter and servicing customers who were struggling with the new self service kiosk. After 5 minutes of waiting at the counter, without even a greeting , I left. As a former employee, I know better.

By far the worst fast food establishment within 5 miles, the workers are so rude. They actually believe that they can treat you anyway they want, they curse at you and if you even try to call the store, they’ll hang up at you and call you names so I highly suggest staying away from this, awful nightmare of McDonald’s. What a joke

This is the second time I've ordered a steak, egg and cheese bagel and you guys have given me a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. Can this even be called a bacon, egg and cheese bagel??? Come on guys. I shouldn't have to dig thru my bag and check every item when I order there every single time. I submitted a complaint thru the website and nothing so hopefully a review will solve the problem.
