Spoke to the catering coordinator over the phone who was beyond rude, and towards the end of my order when she was about to take my card number for payment over the phone, she said 'and what about the tip?' I was caught off guard so I said what? And she almost yelled 'the tip! Do you want to leave a tip!?' I stopped right then and just said you know what, I'll pass. Ended up going in on Saturday morning and ordered morning pastry boxes from the friendliest cashier. Their personalities were night and day. I spoke to the manager to tell her about how wonderful that employee was. So as a forewarning, avoid the catering woman entirely. Save your money and sanity and just order at the register, especially in the morning. That's when the best girls work and when the catering woman isn't there. It's a win win. EDIT: I went back on Tuesday morning and to my surprise the two girls I mentioned previously were there. I asked the cashier for their names and she said her name was Megan and her coworkers name is Kathleen (or Kathy?). Regardless, they are so sweet and the next panera they work at will be lucky to have them. The catering coordinator was also there. Her name was Christie and she's just as rude in person as she is over the phone.

I tried ordering online and for some reason it would not take me to the last page . I called the for phone and they said they do not take phone orders. What kind of service is this? They told me to come there and order. I told her I cannot get out because I am sick. I don’t want to spread the germs. This is how they service you

Most of the employees here were great. There was one older woman working who seemed quite disgruntled about working a dead end job at her advanced age. She snapped at coworkers and yelled at the customer in front of me. It was uncomfortable to watch. Someone needs to tell "T" it is no one's fault but her that she failed at life.

The service workers are very nice here even when stressed with minimal staff. The food is always okay, typically fresh and good but a bit on the pricier side. The atmosphere today was busy and chaotic with lots of rude patrons.

Food order was incorrect. No creamer. 7 Panera Bread staff standing arpund while 3 of the girls walk around the restaurant chatting it up while they collectively, slowly, clean one table at a time. Day shift is much more organized and helpful.

Service is terrible. They show no concern for the customer. Both locations and in my town should go out of business. We have experienced maggots in food. Service associates are just taking up space. They are not properly trained and neither is management. I will no longer support the company.

We enjoyed this place. We had the sandwich and salad combo. It was good. Service was great. I would recommend this place.

I'll start off with the food was fine. It took like 15 minutes for a sandwich and 2 salads. But it was still good. My problem is it was 7pm, an hour before closing, and no one was in there besides us. Literally all of the tables were dirty with crumbs or liquids. And the floor had a lot of garbage. They had like 10 employees in the back and not 1 can go out once an hour and clean?

The food was delicious, as usual. Customer service was lacking. There were cash registers open at the front of the store, but nobody was at them. I saw several employees standing back by where the meals were put together at another set of registers. They were standing there talking with each other while we waited at the front for someone to take our order. That definitely affected the overall feeling of being comfortable.

My husband I were less than impressed. The girl taking our order wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed. We ordered 2 small Mac and Cheese the bowls were less than half full. 14 bucks for both that when combined wouldn't make one whole bowl. Our total bill was over 40 dollars for the half macs one sandwich 2 drinks and 2 desserts. Needless to say ed won't be back again
