This place has the most abhorrent service. Food was sub-par. And our large group was put in a room that looked very uninviting. The table on the other side of the room had all the chairs tipped forward on the table like the place was half closed. But it was still set with salad bowls (how long did OUR salad bowls sit in that room and collect dust??). The salad was room temperature and soggy like it was thrown together an hour before they put it out on the table. Cutlery settings did not exist, they put tins of paper napkins and forks in the middle of the table. How hard is it to put a fork and knife at each place setting?? We had to share knives put out for bread to cut our cold lasagna. There was also not enough bread put out for everyone, I had to share a roll with my husband. Many of us had to go to the bar to get drinks because one server for our group of 25 was NOT enough. Good thing everyone was fine with Iced tea and coke that she threw on a tray for us to take. When entrees came, they were auctioned off, and it was so loud having 3 food runners yelling, asking who got whatever they had in their hands in a giant echoing room. I asked for coffee, that took an exceptionally long time, with dessert, and apparently asking for a refill requires finding YOUR OWN server because when I asked the girl doing nothing in the middle of the main dining room if I could get a refill her only concern was getting the girl taking care of us to get it for me. It's coffee.... Then when she couldnt find our server she did bring a pot out, she had no idea how to turn the cap to get it to come out, so I got a pathetic dribble of coffee in my cup and then she just walked away. After dinner my family was pre bussing our own dishes and putting it on another table by the entry way. It was SO TACKY! I don't know if it was management's decision or the server being greedy, but there needed to be another server taking care of us and they need to be more organized and designate seat numbers. They would have sold a lot more drinks and make bigger tips. We all stayed where we sat so separate checks would be easy. The least she could have done was be organized herself. My family was incredibly polite but I was very aware that it was lazy service. We tipped appropriately, but I would have been upset if there was automatic gratuity. Demanding 20% when that's the standard of service is laughable.

The alfredo was really good. The spaghetti was good, & so was the bread. Plenty of parking. The service is a touch slow.

This was our first time here. We were celebrating our 17th anniversary. The food was OK, highly over sauced. The service was only OK too. Our waitress was nice and attempted to be informative. Her knowledge of the Italian cuisine isn't to par. The sangria is delicious, but make sure to order a glass. Our server suggested a pitcher which the photo made seem smaller then it really is. They do offer to go cups if you don't finish it though. The atmosphere was very "busy" and I couldn't grasp the concept but then again maybe that is the idea.

I've been into at least two other spaghetti warehouses across the country and they had a much more interesting atmosphere!

I had never heard of this restaurant before but my partner really wanted to go here so we did. The service was fantastic that was about it. We ordered the Mozzarella Frittas, they were good. Bread wasn’t anything special. My partner got the Turin Trio the only thing she liked was the Chicken Parm (and that was burnt) she only ate a few bites beyond the Chicken Parm, stating that the lasagna tasted like it had been frozen and then warmed up. I got the Wild Mushroom and Chicken, I took a bit and was like eww, took 2 more bites and politely told the waiter that it was disgusting, and that I wasn’t going to eat it. We collectively will never return, skip this restaurant.

Very disappointed with this place. My 5 year old asks to go here atleast once a month. Service and atmosphere is medicore at best, half the game work, and the quarter machine is always out. I usually let it slide because she wants to go here, but a waiting 30 minutes for a table for the 2 of us was just not optimal. We ended up leaving after 35 minutes. Sad to say, but I understand why they are one of the few of these remaining. Hope they can turn it around.

Just okay --- Chicken Parmigiana was a bit dry, not the best flavor. Side salads left a lot to be desired, only one piece of tomato and one piece of onion and 4 croutons on iceberg lettuce. Restrooms were pretty dirty. Many of the arcade games in the lobby were out of order. Server was pleasant but food took awhile to come out.

The intentions/ theme is cool, but the parking lot is so awful, the food was nothing special, and the attractions were so dusty. Not to mention lightbulbs were out in a lot of the fixtures.Wasn’t worth it IMP

Went today for a quiet birthday with my friend. Cynthia was our server. A tad Rocky start that turned into a nice time. We had gluten-free spaghetti with meatballs cooked perfect. I am surprised the inside is really run down. We can overlook that as long as the food continues good. But turn the heat on. Thanks

Food was tasteless, No real Italian flavoring or smell as you're waiting for your plate.
