Customer service is HORRIBLE lady gets mad at me because im standing in line just waiting.... literally standing waiting and saying nothing...One thing I learned in life is, if someone else makes you mad or irritated, don't try to take your frustration out on someone else. Fix your own problems on your own time
Extremely slow, and yesterday there was a hair in my girl's sub and the employee picked it off and wiped it on her pants and didn't remake the sandwich. All we got was "I'm sorry" and today it took our whole lunch break for the employee to make two subs and a salad before us and we didn't even get the chance to order.

All I did is walk in..the lady yelled I will be with you shortly. I told her I was there to pick up an order. She started yelling she hadn't started it yet. Then started complaining about door dash etc. I just cancelled the order and left. I hope she's not like that to other customers or your going to lose a LOT of business
