Very poor experience. AGAIN. We do online order pickup. Anytime you do the subs are trash. Don’t ask for extra anything bc you will be charged and not receive it! 2nd time now we ordered a pretzel with our food and it didn’t come. I called in and the lady said they don’t have anything and told me that there was nothing she can do. I paid for the food already and you don’t have it! Give me a refund. This is crazy anymore. I wish I read the reviews before I came here!!!! I should’ve known!I had two gifts card. Tried each one and their system messed up and shut the cards down. They said it’s not their fault!!! I made an online order from this location. I had 2 separate orders. They charged my bank for both orders. When I came to pick up my order there was only one order! I even showed them I paid for 2 orders. They refused to make my other order I paid for. They also refused to refund the money for the one they made. Why would I want to bring home food that's not enough to feed me and my husband? So this restaurant got paid for 2 orders I didn't receive.
