So tonight I had dinner here. It was my mom's bday. It was busy and we understood that. We had five people in our party. After 1 hour and 30 minutes they brought two of our 5 meals. The other 3 meals were MIA. Before we could even let our server know she knew what had happened. She got the manager involved. The food is really good, I love getting food from there. The issue is the Carside pickup. What is the point of Carside when they won’t even come out or they will take a half an hour or more?! This has happened to us too many times and we’re done doing it. It’s not okay, our food is cold. They are just lazy, they need to do their job and care about their customers.
