Nice craft beer selection!
Ordered carry out. First mistake. Food wasn’t very warm. Then the chicken sandwich I ordered was 90% batter. It was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. I thought this location was getting better, thought wrong.
Let me start by saying that I have spent over 20 years in hospitality - bartending and serving. I get that it’s a hard business to be in.
But this location? This was my worst experience. We decided to go to the Alliance location for some place different; we usually go to Belden Village. 6:45pm on a Thursday, not overly busy but I counted at least 5 servers plus the bartender staffing.
