But the frozen drink machine has been "broken for 3 months" it's not broken, the employees are just too damn lazy to operate and clean it. 4 or 5 different times now i've ordered frozen coke or the all new frozen cotton candy thats advertised and i get thrown a empty cup and to the machines broken? it's not covid anymore get it together

Got there at 5:40 wanted to order and pay with cash. I was informed by the 1(only) person working that he could not take my order as the cashier was on break and he could not take cash orders. At approx 6 pm the manager ( Dreena ) came out of the back room, I asked if she could take my order as I was paying cash. She mumbled something unintelligible and went back into the back room. I waited until 6:10 pm for cashier to come back. The manager needs written up at the very least

I'm on the Ohio Turnpike, Vermillion Plaza. Want Burger King for supper. I only had cash. Took 10 minutes for any of the employees to acknowledge I was there and only because I had to call out to someone. So they had people in the back and people bagging other orders, but no one was working the register. No one else could work the register, because the person that was on the cash drawer was on break.I'm a truck driver and don't have time to wait 30 minutes for someone to get done with break before you can take my order. This is a busy service plaza on a busy highway. There should never be a time when you can't take someone's order.If I could have rated it less than a star I would have.

It’s part of the service place but ironically the service here is terrible. Took 15 minutes to get Fries and a burger which turned out to be cold.

Cashier was great. Clean seating area. This is at a rest area. The kitchen however at a very busy time with several people in the back didn't have the eggs prepared for the breakfast sandwiches. The one girl preparing Hillary's out for eggs at least three times before they were brought up. Waited for a good 15 minutes.For a somewhat warm sandwich!
Judging by the standards of burger king's at rest stops, this one compares very unfavorably to other burgerkings at other rest stops, and man, by a lot. I get minimum wage\u003dminimum effort, but the effort here was equal to like, 1800's minimum wage. Like, a tuppence and a hay-penny per hour worth effort.
