The menu has more variety than you’d expect (including idiosyncratic lingo), the pizzas are made in the classic cheesy Midwest style, salads are delicious, the staff are fun, booths abound. “Horrible establishment, horrible customer service, I ordered an online order when I went to pick up at the establishment. My order was wrong when I told the cashier if they could just add pepperoni to my pizza the cashier refused and said it was company policy if I wanted to get pepperoni in my pizza. I had to go ahead and re-order online and repay again. None of this made any sense to me so tomorrow morning I will make sure to call the management to get to the bottom of this because that is horrible customer service, and at this point I am going to tell anybody I know never to go there ever“
“We are new boaters in Vermilion and tried Jim's Pizza box for the first time this past weekend when family was visiting. We had three different pizzas and we liked all three very much. We look forward to trying their many other food selections soon.“
“You're gonna love this place! My husband and I were so impressed. The food is delicious and the service is friendly. I have eaten in Rome and Florence, so I am picky with Italian food and this one is amazing. We started with iced tea and basil lemonade. Although that sounds simple, it was perfect. We had the soft and crispy focaccia with oil dipping sauce followed by a salad with romaine with pepper dressing and shaved Parmesan. Then we had arancini for an appetizer and my husband was sold! He had chicken Parmesan and it was wonderful. The best lasagna I have probably ever had. You have no doubt those pasta sheets are fresh and homemade. Here's my tip.., come early or get a reservation.“
“The employees know how to do their job!!! They are pleasant and actually listen. The pizza is amazing!!! I always get the taste of Coz and a pepperoni pizza and have never been disappointed. They even have apple or cherry pie pizza which is sinfully delicious. The dining room is small but serves its function.“

“Finally, a pizza place in Northeastern Ohio that's worthy of praise. My wife and I recently moved to the area and are pizza snobs. We have tried many pizzas in the area and all were below the bar. The crust got better as I neared the edge. It also had a crispiness every other pizza up here lacked. The sauce was tart but had a slight sweetness that lent balance to the slice. They didn't skimp on the cheese which was chewy goodness. All in all, I think we found our pizza go-to place. Their Italian food menu looked mouthwateringly good, so we will be back for some of that, too. But their pizza is the best we've found so far. Follow me for more updates.“
