“Visited multiple times in the past year. Can't say enough about the staff, establishment, and entertainment. Food is very good and reasonably priced. Entertainment has been excellent on every visit regardless of who is playing. Staff is friendly and helpful with recommendations on brews and drinks. Ownership is always present and willing to chat about brewing and beers. 10 out of 10 would recommend!”

“Hands down the BEST BBQ we have found in this area. Great flavor, not too smokey, but just the right kiss of flavor. The sides are also top notch, from homemade greens, mac & chz, yams, jalapeno coleslaw & even an awesome brisket chili. You can't go wrong with Big Brews!! They have something you are sure to love.Portions are plentiful & the taste is on point!”

“I took my grandmother there for her Birthday and the food was delicious, and home cooked.Parking: Just show up when it opens for breakfast and you should find parking in the front, side or back.”

“This place is great. The drink selection and drink menu is one of the best I've seen. There were a half dozen cocktails that I was eager to try. The menu was also great. Everything I saw come out of the kitchen was prepared with love. Wish I lived closer and could go back often.”

“I typically go for the sandwiches and a side of potato/pasta salad and a beverage. It's always been great. The sandwiches are fantastic. The meatball and BBQ Beef are two I'd recommend but I really don't think you can go wrong here. My friend and I have been coming up here for a couple years now and we love it. It's about a 40 minute round trip for me but it's worth it. Great food, quality food, fairly priced. I definitely recommend if you're in the mood for a sub-sandwich.”

“Was in town visiting before a baseball game. Arrived early so needed somewhere to go. Glad I picked here. I learned from the bartender that Ziggy's has been there since the 80s. It seems to have a great following. The location itself was unique in that it is in the "downtown" area of Amherst. It has tons of tables (maybe too close to each other), and an upstairs for overflow when busy. They also have a party room area upstairs that can be booked for events. A wall of TVs greets you upon arrival. Can't imagine how fun it would be for football season. Drinks were reasonably priced, as well as the food. Nothing seemed out of place price wise. Very comparable to other similar type locations. I didn't eat, but I asked a couple of people what they thought of the food. A couple mentioned that this is their place to go to since everything is great. I saw a couple of pizzas walk out of the kitchen and they looked great. There was something on the menu for just about anyone. Try it out!”

“It's another bar with bar food in uptown Amherst. Now that being said, they do have decent food. Some even very good. I don't love their whole smoked wings, and the kids Mac and cheese portion sizes are not appropriate, too small. The service is nice, and it's walkable from other things in the uptown area.”

“My husband and I have tried several pizza places, hoping to find the best tasting pizza. Tonight we had Jilliano's and hands down the BEST pizza ever! The staff were super friendly and I found out they will delivery to our house in South Amherst.”

If you’re looking for a quick meal or a lengthy visit with friends the service is always impeccable. The food and service is consistent and that is all you can ask for as a customer.”

“Food is your average diner breakfast food. Nothing special but that’s what makes it special! Simple and does the job. Atmosphere makes you feel like apart of the community. The waitresses are always attentive and too off your coffee.”

“My mother has visited the bakery a few times over the last for snoogles. Each time has been absolutely amazing. The service was great as were the Snoogles and paczkis. I totally suggest Kiedrowski's Bakery for all your Polish and local Baked goods!”

“This is such an incredible little place! Very family friendly and super fun space to be in. The workers were incredible, and super patient with my indecisive kiddos! She was also very kind about one of child's nut allergies, and went out of her way to clean the scoop in the back and was helping recommend ice creams with no cross contamination! Also, so happy with the price. I got ice cream for five for under 20 dollars, that's so unheard of! And it was quality ice cream too, so totally worth it. If your in the area, definitely consider a visit.”

“1st time going here and it was an overall experience. The staff was nice and the service was quick. I love the fact that they have a big parking lot. My kids and niece ran around and played. The ice cream was fresh and delicious. We had us a good ol time. They have many different flavors.”

“This ice-cream is one that I'll always scream for! It tastes delicious, it's near the schools so parents and kids can grab some ice cream, and it's right across from Hot Dog Heaven, just in case it's closed, which it usually is during the winter. (Hot Dog Heaven serves ice-cream, don't worry)Parking: The parking is small, I'll be the first to admit that, but it's usually not that full unless it's a busy day, which it usually isn't.”

“I would have given them a 5 star service but the young lady forgot my cheese sauce! However, my Roman w/Crispy BACON was 5 STARS! Waffle fries were hot too but, no cheese (at .99) landed them in the garbage.Parking: There are several businesses in this area that share the same lot.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s handicapped parking and no steps.”

“Easily one of the best DQ's in the area. Food is always hot and fresh, everything is made correctly, and the people who work here are some of the nicest fast food employees I've met, and they seem to care a lot about quality!”

“The music is SO LOUD that you can't hear conversation nor what the cashier is saying. When the manager was told that the music is too loud, the response was, "Yeah, I know." Food is GREAT. We come here every Saturday because we love the food, it's our treat to ourselves. That's why we gave the reviews we gave. Wish that someone at corporate would pay a visit. It's like we're entering a club. We understand that the staff are young and don't get it n may love the music but YOUR customers are not of the same genre. We like to sit, relax, and talk/listen to each other. Can't do it in this atmosphere so we've been opting to sit in our car. Would love to sit in the restaurant.”

“Outdoor seating in the spring or summer is great. Food is always good but service could be better. I love the birria pizza but it was amazing the first time I had it and lacking the second time… they could work on consistency I have noticed with ordering things twice here and there.”

“Horrible establishment, horrible customer service, I ordered an online order when I went to pick up at the establishment. My order was wrong when I told the cashier if they could just add pepperoni to my pizza the cashier refused and said it was company policy if I wanted to get pepperoni in my pizza. I had to go ahead and re-order online and repay again. None of this made any sense to me so tomorrow morning I will make sure to call the management to get to the bottom of this because that is horrible customer service, and at this point I am going to tell anybody I know never to go there ever”

“Just wanted to commend the three young ladies that were working tonight on dealing with an unruly and disrespectful customer. They handled themselves with class while this ridiculous person was berating them for really no reason.”
