“My favorite subway of all time! I travel for work and am constantly eating on the road and have been to many different subways but this location is the best. All the workers have good customer service skills, especially a younger girl with glasses and darker hair. I was making a group order during lunch time (it was busy) and she was very polite and patient with me and I did not feel rushed.“
“The point of sale employees have always been fantastic to me. One in particular, Brooke, is constantly pleasant to the point that she remembers me whenever I come in and practically guesses what I'm going to get each time. Big props to her! (UPDATED 3/12/24 after confirming Brooke's name)Today was my dog's 3rd birthday and I figured I'd just run in and out for a Sip Club drink; I asked her if they offered "pup cups" and told her it was my dog's birthday. She smiled and told me to give her a minute. She returned later with a to-go cup filled with whipped cream and a couple bits of bacon sprinkled on top! I profusely thanked her, and I didn't think about it until after the fact that I should have invited her to give it to him herself to take appropriate credit for his favorite birthday present!The food here is average Panera fare, and they are just as apt as any other location to get things wrong from time to time when they get busy. But the people that work here are exceptionally pleasant and the high level of service they provide ensures that I'll continue to come back often as long as they're around.“

This lady was not only cool under pressure of a line,but she was really good at her job. She got all of our orders right,and did so with a smile. “I like the fact that it's on the east side of Lorain. Right on the way to or back from Rock On The River every Friday night and sometimes Saturday night. Right down the street from the pier and just on the other side of the Bascule Bridge and downtown Broadway. Great location and a wide variety of sub sandwiches and or you can build your own Submarine sandwiches with toppings of your choice.“

“I would have given them a 5 star service but the young lady forgot my cheese sauce! However, my Roman w/Crispy BACON was 5 STARS! Waffle fries were hot too but, no cheese (at .99) landed them in the garbage.Parking: There are several businesses in this area that share the same lot.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s handicapped parking and no steps.“
